ЗАРУБІЖНИЙ ДОСВІД ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В СИСТЕМІ ФІНАНСОВОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ МІСЦЕВОГО САМОВРЯДУВАННЯ
Анотація
Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку підприємницької діяльності в Україні, проблематику забезпечення економічного зростання на рівні територіальних громад. Розглянуто роль підприємницької діяльності в економіці, його вплив на економічний розвиток адміністративно-територіальних одиниць та держави в цілому, на створення нових робочих місць та вирішення багатьох економічних, соціальних та інших проблем, які мають місце на сучасному етапі розвитку України. Розкрито недоліки організації та розвитку підприємницької діяльності в системі фінансового забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку адміністративно-територіальних одиниць України. Виокремлено чинники, які гальмують розвиток підприємств за сучасних умов господарювання. Розглянуто основні напрями прискорення розвитку підприємництва в економіці України та перебудови їх структурної політики на основі аналізу недоліків та позитивних напрямів у сфері підтримки розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу економічно розвинутих країн світу.

FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE SYSTEM OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Summary
The present state of business in Ukraine, the problems of economic growth at the level of local communities are already explored. The role of entrepreneurship in the economy is examined and also its impact on the economic development of the administrative units and the state as a whole, on the creation of the new jobs and solving many economic , social and other problems, that occur at the present stage of the development of Ukraine . The shortcomings of the organization and business development in the financial provision of socio — economic development of the administrative-territorial units of Ukraine are exposed. The factors which impede the development of the enterprises in the current economic conditions are determined. The main directions of the acceleration of the development of entrepreneurship in the economy of Ukraine and the rebuilding of its structural adjustment policies are examined with the help of the analysis of the disadvantages and positive trends in the sphere of support of the small and medium businesses in the economically developed countries.
