Анотація

У статті досліджуються питання, пов'язані з оцінкою економічних та правових засад розвитку корпорацій в глобальній економіці. Доповнено існуючі теоретичні положення щодо виникнення корпорацій та їх домінування на сучасному етапі. Розкрито зміст сучасних наукових концепцій теорії фірми, погляди провідних науковців на сутність фірми та її функції. Визначено основні протиріччя, що притаманні діяльності корпорацій в глобальній економіці.

Summary

In this article the issues related to the assessment of economic and legal foundations of corporations development in the global economy are researched. The existing theoretical positions about the emergence of corporations and their dominance on the modern stage are supplemented. The content of modern scientific concepts of the theory of the firm, the views of the leading scientists on the nature of the firm and its functions are disclosed. The basic contradictions inherent to the corporations activities in the global economy are determined.
