ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ ВПЛИВУ ІНФРАСТРУКТУРНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ РЕГІОНУ
Анотація
У статті обгрунтовано та визначено вплив інфраструктурного забезпечення на формування конкурентоспроможності регіону. Було встановлено, що конкурентоспроможність регіону складається з декількох взаємозалежних, взаємно проникаючих, взаємообумовлених і взаємодоповнюючих категорій. Вплив інфраструктури на конкурентоспроможність і довгочасне економічне зростання може здійснюватися за п'ятьма напрямами: у якості прямого фактору виробництва, у якості взаємозамінного елемента інших факторів виробництва, у якості стимулу акумуляції факторів виробництва. Гарний стан інфраструктури підвищує продуктивність інших факторів виробництва, включаючи капітал, робочу силу й сукупну факторну продуктивність. На основі розгляду емпіричного матеріалу з визначення значення еластичність продукції щодо суспільного й приватного капіталу й праці був виявлений непрямий вплив інфраструктури на економічне зростання, котре полягає або в стимулюванні нагромадження інших факторів виробництва, або в підвищенні їх продуктивності. Вплив інфраструктури на функціонування економіки важко визначити. Зокрема важко з'ясувати, чи є якісна інфраструктура причиною або скоріше ефектом місцевого економічного розвитку. У статті також визначено канали, через які інфраструктура впливає на економічну ситуацію. Названо причині ускладнення визначення точного розміру впливу суспільної інфраструктури на виробництво, економіку й зростання продуктивності.

SUBSTANTIATION OF IMPACT OF INFRASTRUCTURAL MAINTENANCE ON FORMATION OF REGIONAL COMPETITIVENESS
Summary
The impact of infrastructural maintenance on formation of competitiveness of region is reasonable and defined in the article. It has been established that competitiveness of region consists of the several interdependent, mutually getting, mutually caused and complementary categories. The impact of an infrastructure on competitiveness and long-term economic growth can be carried out in five directions: as the direct factor of production, as an interchangeable element of other factors of production, as stimulus of accumulation of factors of production. The good condition of an infrastructure increases productivity of other factors of production, including the capital, a labour and cumulative factorial productivity. On the basis of consideration of an empirical material from definition of significance elasticity of production concerning the public and private capital and work indirect influence of an infrastructure on economic growth which consists or in stimulation of accumulation of other factors of production, or in increase of their productivity has been revealed. Influence of an infrastructure on economy functioning is heavy for defining. In particular it is heavy to find out, whether there is a qualitative infrastructure the reason or is faster effect of local economic development. In the article channels on which the infrastructure influences an economic situation also are defined. The reasons of complication of definition of the exact size of influence of a public infrastructure on production, economy and productivity growth are named.
