Анотація

Стаття присвячена теоретичному аналізу особливостей фінансування інноваційних технологій у країнах-членах ЄС та Україні. Проаналізовано основні державні програми, які спрямовані на розвиток інноваційних технологій у Німеччині, Нідерландах, Фінляндії та Швеції. На основі позитивного досвіду країн-членів ЄС запропоновано заходи, спрямовані на забезпечення ефективного розвитку інноваційної сфери України.

FEATURES OF INNOVATION FUNDING IN THE EU MEMBER STATES AND UKRAINE

Summary

The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the funding of innovative technologies in the EU member states and Ukraine. It analyzes the main government programs that are aimed to develop innovative technologies in Germany, Netherlands, Finland and Sweden. Based on the positive experience of the EU member states measures to ensure the effective development of science and scientific-technical sphere of Ukraine are proposed.
