ДОМІНАНТА КОРПОРАЦІЙ В СУЧАСНІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ: ФІНАНСОВІ ЧИННИКИ

Анотація

У статті досліджуються економічні та правові ознаки сучасних корпорацій. Встановлено, що серед науковців та в законодавстві різних країн використовуються різні підходи до визначення ознак корпорації, проте абсолютна більшість з них враховує особливості формування капіталу за рахунок акцій, відділення власності від управління. Визначено позитивні та негативні характеристики корпорацій ( в тому числі — з позиції корпоративних фінансів) та їх вплив на домінування корпоративної форми організації бізнесу в сучасній глобальній економіці. Охарактеризовано головні протиріччя, що притаманні діяльності корпорацій, та можливості їх розв'язання за допомогою різних інструментів з метою стимулювання корпоративного бізнесу та суспільного розвитку.

DOMINANT OF CORPORATIONS IN THE MODERN ECONOMY: FINANCIAL FACTORS

Summary

This article deals with economic and legal features of modern corporations. It is found, that between scientists and in the legislation of different countries, different approaches to the definition of the corporation features are used, but most of them take into account the features of formation of capital through shares, separation of ownership from management. The positive and negative characteristics of corporations (including, from the position of corporate finance) and their influence on the domination of corporate form of business in the modern global economy are determined. The main contradictions, which are inherent to the activity of corporations are characterized and their possible solution with the help of different tools with the aim to stimulate corporate business and social development.
