ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РОЗВИТКУ СТРАХУВАННЯ ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
На тлі загострення сучасної соціально-економічної кризи відбувається поступове згортання страхового ринку. На противагу загальним тенденціям страхування у сфері туризму зберігає висхідний тренд динаміки. Актуальність дослідження обумовлюється необхідністю виявлення причин специфічної динаміки розвитку страхування туризму. Стаття присвячена оцінці специфічних закономірностей розвитку страхування у сфері туризму в Україні. Автором проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку страхування туризму у взаємозв'язку із розвитком туризму як галузі. Виявлено олігопольний характер ринку страхування туризму за розподілом страхових премій. Наведено основні чинники зменшення фінансової ефективності страхових послуг у сфері туризму, пов'язані із комплексним характером страхових послуг, акумуляцією та концентрацією ризиків. Визначено як пріоритетний напрям розвитку страхування зовнішнього туризму. Виявлено суттєві зміни у системі пріоритетів зовнішнього туризму.

FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INSURANCE OF TOURISM IN UKRAINE
Summary
Tourism as a kind of economic activity has an ascending trend of development for a long period of time and, as a rule, the kinds of activity, connected with tourism, also demonstrate positive results. In Ukraine the formation of a quite new line of insurance services — tourism insurance — is closely connected with tourism development.
One of the most pressing issues of scientific studies is to assess the nature, the peculiarity of manifestation and accumulation of insurance risks in tourism insurance.
The aim of the study is to identify the specific character of the manifestation of insurance risks in tourism insurance. The specific features of tourism insurance as the particular type of insurance services have been characterized in this paper. The accumulation of insurance risks according to the classes of insurance services and the data of the assistance companies has been described. The main peculiarities of the manifestation of insurance risks in the sphere of tourism insurance and distribution of risks according to the insurance sectors have been described. The changes in tendencies of distribution of risks in accordance with the modification of insurance services in the tourism sector have been characterized.
