Анотація
У сучасних умовах підвищення конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектору національної економіки набуває особливої актуальності у зв'язку зі світовими тенденціями в аграрному секторі. Процес активізації впровадження ресурсозберігаючих технологій не тільки сприяє підвищенню родючості грунту та конкурентоспроможності аграрного сектору національної економіки, але і є запорукою сталого розвитку економіки країни. Під "стійким" в даному випадку слід розуміти розвиток, який задовольняє потреби теперішнього часу і не ставить під загрозу здатність майбутніх поколінь задовольняти свої потреби. Реалізації концепції сталого розвитку в світі приділяється дедалі більша увага.
Головною передумовою формування концепції сталого розвитку землеробства став глобальний розвиток міжнародних економічних відносин, в результаті яких сформувалося єдине світове господарство, з метою не тільки економічного, але й соціального розвитку, включаючи ліквідацію бідності, захист навколишнього середовища.
Більше того, використання застарілої техніки і технологій є причиною нестачі якісного зерна в країні. В останні роки в Україні збільшуються обсяги виробництва зерна, але його якість залишає бажати кращого. У більшості своїй вироблене в нашій країні зерно є неконкурентоспроможним, частка продовольчого зерна в загальному врожаї постійно знижується, існує реальний дефіцит якісного зерна.

THE USE OF A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO MANAGING THE INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY
Summary
Detail model of enterprise development in the form of a template you can use it as an indicator of the scale to assess the effectiveness of the company, a comparison of the performance standards of land resources, use of inputs, productivity. Model parameters formalized enterprise with its operation shall become effective practical tool replication innovation and transformation of the agricultural sector and rural areas. This will be the active participation of industry research and education institutions and information and advisory services by optimizing the operation of enterprises in the grocery, technological, organizational, managerial and financial levels, improving technology, forming a rational material and technical base, adjusting the structure of production and management, building an effective organizational structure and model complex financial security of all types of enterprises.
In modern conditions increase the competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the national economy is of particular relevance in connection with global trends in the agricultural sector. Implementation process intensification saving technologies not only improves soil fertility and competitiveness of the agricultural sector of the national economy, but also is the key to sustainable economic development. By "stable" in this case should be understood development that meets the needs of the present and does not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Implementing the concept of sustainable development in the world paid increasing attention.
The main prerequisite for the formation of sustainable development of agriculture was the global development of international economic relations, which have formed a single world economy, with the aim of not only economic but also social development, including the eradication of poverty, environmental protection.
Moreover, the use of obsolete equipment and technology is causing a lack of quality grain in the country. In recent years, Ukraine increased grain production, but the quality is poor. For the most part produced in our country grain uncompetitive share in total food grain crops constantly decreasing, there is a real shortage of quality grain. Product quality — performance indicator of any business that depends on technology used in it. Most farms Ukraine are technologies that are unable to provide stable production of food grains.
