Анотація

Розглянуто сучасний стан та визначено існуючі методичні положення, які розвивають підходи до оцінки і аналізу існуючих механізмів державного антикризового управління. Визначено суть антикризового управління, як такого, в якому встановлено певним чином передбачення небезпеки кризи, аналіз її симптомів, заходів по зниженню негативних наслідків кризи та використання її факторів для наступного розвитку.

DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE STATE MECHANISM OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Summary

The restoration of independence gave Ukraine a chance to become quickly one of the most developed countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It required a clearly defined strategy for innovative changes, public realistic action plan, a long time and a lot of resources. But the peculiarities of government and state of the economy has not been taken into account in real transformations and therefore the effects of measures imposed were often conflicting expectations.
