ІНДУСТРІЯ 4.0 ЯК ПРОМИСЛОВЕ ВИРОБНИЦТВО МАЙБУТНЬОГО

Анотація

У статті здійснено аналіз та систематизація існуючого матеріалу, в якому висвітлено різні аспекти нового тренду розвитку економіки "Індустрія 4.0" (або Четвертої промислової революції). Наведені різні визначення та тлумачення Індустрії 4.0 та зроблено висновок, що основними поняттями, які використовуються для її пояснення є кіберфізичні системи, Промисловий Інтернет Речей, інтелектуальне виробництво, віртуальна реальність. Здійснено узагальнююче тлумачення цих понять. Показано, що основне місце в Індустрії 4.0 займають інформаційно-комунікаційні засоби та технології, а це у свою чергу зумовлює підвищення значимості галузі ІТ. На основі проведених досліджень зроблено висновок, що Україна має достатній потенціал, щоби зайняти одне із провідних місць серед країн-лідерів нової концепції розвитку економіки. Для цього необхідна, зокрема, постійна взаємодія органів державної влади, промислових підприємств, IT-компаній, університетів, наукових інноваційних центрів (технопарків), науково-дослідних центрів тощо. Окрім того, розробка та впровадження Індустрії 4.0 вимагає суттєвих інвестицій. У роботі запропонована концептуальна схема взаємодії у тріаді "Держава"-"Освіта+Наука"-"Бізнес" для появи та розвитку Четвертої індустріальної революції в Україні.

INDUSTRY 4.0 AS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF THE FUTURE

Summary

The article analyzes and systematizes the existing material which covers various aspects of the new trend of economic development "Industry 4.0" (or the Fourth Industrial Revolution). It provides different definitions and interpretations of Industry 4.0 and a conclusion that the basic concepts used to explain it are cyber-physical systems, Industrial Internet of Things, intellectual production, virtual reality. Generalized interpretation of these concepts is carried out. It is shown that the main place in the Industry 4.0 is occupied by information and communication tools and technologies, which in its turn leads to the increase of IT sphere importance. On the basis of the studies it is concluded that Ukraine has the potential, in order to occupy one of leading places among the leaders of the new concept of economic development. This requires, in particular, the constant interaction of public authorities, industrial companies, IT-companies, universities, scientific innovation centers (technoparks), research centers and so on. In addition, the development and implementation of Industry 4.0 requires significant investments. The work proposes the conceptual framework of cooperation in the triad of "State"-"Education+Science"-"Business" for the emergence and development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in Ukraine.
