АКТУАЛЬНІ ЗАВДАННЯ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ УКРАЇНИ У СФЕРІ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ ТА СПОРТУ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ ТА ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті проведено аналіз найбільш актуальних завдань державної політики у сфері фізичної культури та спорту України в умовах глобалізації та євроінтеграції. Зазначено, що глобалізація та євроінтеграція України висувають нові вимоги до якості державного управління фізичною культурою та спортом. Водночас вивчення та врахування позитивного європейського досвіду у цій сфері може допомогти знайти відповіді на актуальні виклики глобалізації та вирішити багато проблем суспільного розвитку. Визначено, що на цьому етапі особливої актуальності набувають питання ефективного розподілу функцій між різними рівнями державного управління та органами місцевого самоврядування, а також — взаємодія державної влади та громадянського суспільства у сфері фізичної культури та спорту.

URGENT TASKS OF UKRAINIAN POLICY IN THE FIELD OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION AND EUROPEAN INTEGRATION
Summary
The article contains the analysis of the most actual policy tasks in the field of physical culture and sports in Ukraine under conditions of globalization and euro integration. It is noted that globalization and euro integration of Ukraine raise new demands to the quality of public administration in the field of physical culture and sports. At the same time researching and considering positive European experience in this field may lead to finding the solutions to the actual challenges of globalization and to solving many social development problems. It is defined, that on this stage the issues of efficient function division between different public administration levels and local self-government and also — cooperation between public authorities and civil society in the field of physical culture and sports are of crucial importance.
