Анотація

У результаті систематизації властивостей сучасної суспільно-економічної формації в статті було запропоновано авторське поняття когнітарно-аменсалістична суспільно-економічна формація. Також, у статті обгрунтовано пріоритети державного управління економічною рівновагою на основі обгрунтування досягнення і підтримки рівноваги сучасної економічної системи на регіональному та глобальному рівнях.

FUNCTIONS OF THE STATE IN THE REGULATION OF ECONOMIC BALANCE IN LEVELS OF SOCIETY

Summary

The purpose of this article is to study the author's approach to the determination of the properties of the current socio-economic system, as well as the identification of its impact on public administration and its priorities. It is another object of the author study is to identify the limits of the use of classical economic balance management tools. Author's research is based on the general scientific methods of induction and deduction, which enabled to identify and justify the new trends in the understanding of the impact of the current economic processes in the state administration.
As a result, the property of the systematization of modern socio-economic structure in the article was proposed copyright term kognitor-amensalizm socio-economic formation. Also, as the article the governance priorities of economic equilibrium on the basis of studies to achieve and maintain a balance of modern economic system at the regional and global levels.
