ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ ТА ПРИКЛАДНІ АСПЕКТИ ІДЕНТИФІКАЦІЇ АГРОХОЛДИНГІВ В СУЧАСНОМУ СІЛЬСЬКОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено аналізу теоретико-прикладних аспектів ідентифікації акгрохолдингів в аграрному секторі України. Проведено узагальнення існуючих підходів щодо визначення категорії "агрохолдинг". Сформовано та обгрунтовано власне відношення до дефініції "агрохолдинг". Визначено роль та сутність агрохолдингів в аграрній сфері України. Особливу увагу приділено необхідності дослідження неспостережуваних економічних процесів як джерел дисфункцій в сільському господарстві. Детально проаналізовано особливості функціонування агрохолдингів у контексті функціонування інших організаційних форм (на прикладі Вінницької області). Окреслено основні проблеми та перспективи розвитку агрохолдингових формувань у вітчизняному сільському господарстві.

THEORETICAL AND APPLIED ASPECTS OF IDENTIFICATION AGROHOLDINGS IN THE MODERN AGRICULTURAL HOLDING OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article is devoted to the analysis of theoretical and applied aspects of identification of acrogholdings in the agrarian sector of Ukraine. A generalization of the existing approaches to the definition of the category "agroholding" was carried out. A proper relation to the definition of "agroholding" has been formed and substantiated. The role and essence of agroholdings in the agrarian sector of Ukraine is determined. Particular attention is paid to the need to study unobserved economic processes as sources of dysfunctions in agriculture. The peculiarities of functioning of agroholdings in the context of the functioning of other organizational forms (on the example of the Vinnytsia region) are analyzed in detail. The main problems and prospects of agroholding formations development in domestic agriculture are outlined.
