ДЕРЖАВНЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТА ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНО-ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті проведено дослідження інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в Україні. Виявлено головні проблеми, які стримують інноваційний розвиток та інвестиційний процес, що призводить до зниження інноваційного потенціалу, інвестиційної привабливості України. Обгрунтовано, що важливим є вироблення та реалізація чітких заходів та дій державної інноваційної та інвестиційної політики. Запропоновано заходи та інструменти державної підтримки інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності в контексті таких сфер, як правове, інституційне забезпечення; доступ до різних джерел фінансування; нові напрями розвитку інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності; розвиток інтелектуального капіталу для інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності; підвищення свідомості менеджерів, персоналу щодо інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності; співпраця та взаємодія. Встановлено, що ключовими чинниками у ході зростання економіки країни, її суб'єктів господарювання є удосконалення процесу доступу до різних джерел фінансування.

STATE REGULATION AND FINANCING OF INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE
Summary
The analysis of innovation and investment activity have been conducted in Ukraine. The main problems that hamper innovation development and investment process and lead to lower innovation potential, investment attractiveness of Ukraine have been revealed. In the article it is substantiated the importance of developing and implementing clear measures and actions of state innovation and investment policy. Measures and instruments of state support of innovation-investment activity in the context of such spheres as legal, institutional support; access to various sources of funding; new directions of development of innovation and investment activity; development of intellectual capital for innovation and investment activity; increase of consciousness of managers, personnel in relation to innovation and investment activity; cooperation and interaction has been proposed. It was established that the key factors in the growth of the country's economy and its subjects of business are improving the process of access to various sources of financing.
