УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ПРОЦЕСУ ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПОЛІТИКИ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ В ГУМАНІТАРНІЙ СФЕРІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
У науковому дослідженні розглядаються процеси формування та реалізації політики державної безпеки в гуманітарній сфері України. Аналізуються науково-теоретичні основи державної безпеки в гуманітарній сфері, принципи організації та реалізації державної політики в означеній сфері. Акцентується увага на інституційному та законодавчому забезпечення її формування. Характеризується зміст національних цінностей, державних інтересів, цілей політики державної безпеки в галузях гуманітарної сфери. Класифіковано виклики та загрози державній безпеці, освіті, культурі, релігійних відносинах, інформаційній сфері. Проведено аналіз змісту протидії загрозам, інтересам держави у формуванні національної ідеї, національно-культурного відродження України. Обгрунтовано стратегічні пріоритети формування політики державної безпеки України.

IMPROVING THE PROCESS FOR FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE POLICY OF STATE SECURITY IN THE HUMANITARIAN SCIENCE OF UKRAINE
Summary
The research studies the processes of formation and implementation of the policy of state security in the humanitarian sphere of Ukraine. The scientific and theoretical foundations of state security in the humanitarian sphere, principles of organization and implementation of state policy in the specified sphere are analyzed. The emphasis is on the institutional and legislative provision of its formation. Characterizes the content of national values, state interests, goals of the policy of state security in the spheres of the humanitarian sphere. The challenges and threats to state security, education, culture, religious relations, and information sphere have been classified. The analysis of content of counteraction to threats, interests of the state in forming of national idea, national-cultural revival of Ukraine is carried out. The strategic priorities of forming the policy of state security of Ukraine are substantiated.
