ПРИДАТНІСТЬ ДО СТВОРЕННЯ КРОС-ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНИХ КОМАНД ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИХ СТРУКТУР УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОМИСЛОВИМИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ
Анотація
У статті здійснено дослідження придатності до створення крос-функціональних команд організаційних структур управління промисловими підприємствами. Узагальнено оцінки використання горизонтальних та вертикальних організаційних структур на промислових підприємствах. За результатами аналізу організаційних структур промислових підприємств встановили, що промислові підприємства України мають механістичну організаційну структуру, яка перешкоджає їх ефективному інноваційному розвитку. Проведено аналіз кадрової політики та інноваційної діяльності досліджуваних підприємств для встановлення можливості формування крос-функціональних команд. Досліджено досвід зарубіжних компаній щодо формування крос-функціональної взаємодії персоналу на підприємствах. Доведено, що найбільш сприятливою організаційною структурою управління для формування крос-функціональної взаємодії персоналу є органічна структура. Як альтернативу існуючій організаційній структурі запропоновано перехід до її матричної варіанту.

ABILITY TO CREATE CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS OF ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURES MANAGEMENT BY INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article studies the suitability for creation of cross-functional commands of organizational structures of management by industrial enterprises. The estimates of the use of horizontal and vertical organizational structures at industrial enterprises are summarized. According to the results of the analysis of the organizational structures of industrial enterprises, it was found that the industrial enterprises of Ukraine have a mechanistic organizational structure that impedes their effective innovative development. The analysis of personnel policy and innovation activity of the investigated enterprises is carried out in order to establish the possibility of formation of cross-functional commands. The experience of foreign companies in the formation of cross-functional interaction of personnel at enterprises is researched. It is proved that the most conducive organizational structure of management for the formation of cross-functional interaction of personnel is an organic structure. As an alternative to the existing organizational structure, the transition to its matrix version is proposed.
