ПІДВИЩЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ АГРАРНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА ОСНОВІ РЕСУРСОЗБЕРЕЖЕННЯ

Анотація

Досліджено сутність та уточнено з позицій системного підходу визначення поняття інформаційного забезпечення автоматизованих інформаційних систем обліку. Визначено структуру та завдання інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку оплати праці. На основі проведеного дослідження виділено основні функції інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку оплати праці. Сформовано вимоги до інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку оплати праці автоматизованої інформаційної системи обліку з урахуванням інформаційних потреб зовнішніх і внутрішніх користувачів. Підкреслено, що формування ефективного інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку праці та її оплати передбачає використання сучасних інформаційних технологій.
Розроблено концептуальну модель інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку оплати праці у комп'ютерній системі обліку.
Запропоновано уточнену методику формування інформаційного забезпечення підсистеми обліку оплати праці аграрних підприємств у комп'ютерному середовищі відповідно до рівнів управління, яка відображає його завдання, функції, складові і порядок формування інформаційної бази, що уможливлює точність, повноту і правильність відповідних управлінських рішень, чіткість постановки завдань виконавцям, дієвість контролю і досягнення ефективності господарської діяльності підприємства.

Summary

The essence and clarity from the point of view of the system approach to the definition of information provision of automated information systems of accounting are considered. The structure and tasks of the information support of the payroll accounting subsystem are determined. Based on the research, the main functions of information support of the payroll subsystem were identified. Requirements for information support of the subsystem of the payroll accounting system of the automated information system of accounting are formed taking into account the information needs of external and internal users. It was emphasized that the formation of effective information support for the subsystem of accounting and remuneration foresees the use of modern information technology.
The conceptual model of information support of the payroll accounting subsystem in the computer accounting system is developed.
This method of formation of information support of the subsystem of labor remuneration of agrarian enterprises in the computer environment in accordance with the levels of management, reflecting its tasks, functions, components and the order of formation of the information base that allows the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the corresponding management decisions, clarity of the statement of the tasks of the performers, efficiency control and achievement of the efficiency of the economic activity of the enterprise.
