ЕКОЛОГІЗАЦІЯ ЗЕМЛЕКОРИСТУВАННЯ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

Анотація

Обгрунтовано етапи формування екологізації землекористування. Виявлено причини екологізації землекористування. Доведено, що для впровадження заходів з екологізації землекористування потрібна модифікація світогляду, нові ідеї та засоби, які сприятимуть відтворенню земель. Встановлено, що в умовах євроінтеграції, важливим є врахування європейського бачення сутності земельної політики. Проведено аналіз нормативно-правових документів та особливостей фінансування екологізації в Україні та в Європейському Союзі. Проаналізовано успіхи України у сфері формування нових земельних відносин. Відмічено недоліки в напрямі формування продуктивних земель.

ECOLOGIZATION OF USE OF LAND IN THE CONTEXT OF EURO INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Summary

The stages of formation of ecologization of land use are substantiated. Reasons for ecologization of land use are revealed. It is proved that for the implementation of measures on the ecologization of land use, a modification of the worldview, new ideas and tools that will facilitate the restoration of land will be required. It is established that in the conditions of European integration, it is important to take into account the European vision of the essence of land policy. The analysis of normative legal documents and peculiarities of financing of ecologization in Ukraine and in the European Union is carried out. The successes of Ukraine in the field of formation of new land relations are analyzed. There are shortcomings in the direction of the formation of productive lands.
