ДИВЕРСИФІКАЦІЯ ЯК МЕТОД ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Анотація

У статті визначено поняття "диверсифікації" як одного із видів економічного процесу. Визначено суть диверсифікаційного процесу та описано характеристики, що властиві методу диверсифікації. Наголошено на основних етапах застосування методу диверсифікації у господарській діяльності підприємства, а також виділено систему факторів необхідності застосування методу диверсифікації суб'єктами господарської діяльності. Перелічено різні підходи до застосування методу диверсифікації на основі ресурсної, ринкової, виробничої та економічної концепції диверсифікації. Відмічено основне завдання у реалізації стратегії економічної диверсифікації, а саме: враховування взаємозв'язку диверсифікації діяльності та операційного ризику, тобто забезпечення прийнятного співвідношення між прибутковістю і рівнем ризику. Відображено ієрархію схильності підприємства до ризику. Обгрунтовано вплив методу диверсифікації на формування стратегії зниження ступеня ризику підприємства. Відображено сутність позитивної та негативної сторін диверсифікаційної діяльності підприємства. Наголошено на визначені методу диверсифікації як однієї із стратегічних альтернатив розвитку підприємства, яка дозволяє отримати додаткові економічні вигоди в умовах складної ринкової кон'юнктури. Зазначено ієрархію цілей та позитивний результат ефективного застосування методу диверсифікації діяльності підприємства.

DIVERSIFICATION AS A METHOD OF IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF AN ENTERPRISE

Summary

This article has defined the 'diversification' concept as one of the types of economic process. There has been determined the nature of the process of diversification and described characteristics of the method of diversification. There have been specified the main stages of application of the method of diversification in the economic activity of the enterprise and emphasized the system of factors of the necessity of introducing the method of diversification by business entities. There have been listed various approaches to the application of the method of diversification based on the resource, market, production and economic concept of diversification. There has been specified the main task while implementing the strategy of economic diversification, in particular — considering the interrelations between activity diversification and operational risk that means ensuring an acceptable profitability — risk level ratio. There has been shown the hierarchy of inclination of the enterprise to the risk. There has been reasoned the influence of the method of diversification upon the formation of the strategy of reducing the enterprise risk level. There has been shown the nature of advantages and disadvantages of diversification activity of the enterprise. Determination of the method of diversification as one of the strategic alternatives of enterprise growth, making it possible to receive additional economic gains in conditions of difficult market situation, has been emphasized. There has been specified the hierarchy of objectives and positive result of the effective use of the method of diversification at the enterprise.
