НАЦІОНАЛЬНА ЕЛІТА Й ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ ТУРИЗМУ НА СУЧАСНОМУ ЕТАПІ ДЕРЖАВОТВОРЕННЯ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті аналізується політика вітчизняної еліти в галузі туризму і рекреації в Україні. Виокремлюється проблема інституційного забезпечення туристичної галузі. Автором порушується питання нестабільності інституту державного регулювання туристичної індустрії в державі. Підкреслено необхідність підтримки внутрішнього і в'їзного туризму в Україні. Наголошено, що українській еліті слід більше уваги приділити сприянню внутрішньоукраїнській інтеграції населення засобами туризму. Вказано на необхідності посилення ролі туризму в умовах війни. Пропонується відновити центральний орган виконавчої влади, який би забезпечував формування державної політики у сфері туризму. Зазначено, що національною елітою ще не до кінця усвідомлено значення розвитку туристичної індустрії в Україні і ,як наслідок, потенціал галузі на сьогодні використовується не системно й неповною мірою.

NATIONAL ELITE AND PROBLEMS OF TOURISM DEVELOPMENT AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF STATE BUILDING IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article analyzes the policy of the national elite in the field of tourism and recreation in Ukraine. The problem of institutional provision of the tourism industry is highlighted. The author raises the question of the instability the institute of public regulation of the tourism industry in the state. The necessity of supporting the domestic and inbound tourism in Ukraine is accentuated. It was emphasized that the Ukrainian elite should pay more attention to promoting the intra-Ukrainian integration of the population with means of tourism. It is indicated the necessity of strengthening the role of tourism in surroundings of war. It is proposed to restore the central executive body, which would ensure the formation of the state policy in the field of tourism. It is noted that the national elite is not fully aware of the importance of the development of the tourism industry in Ukraine, and as a consequence, the potential of the industry is currently not systematically used and incomplete.
