СУТНІСТЬ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦЬКИХ СТРУКТУР

Анотація

Метою статті є ідентифікування сутнісних ознак понять "конкуренція", "конкурентоспроможність", "підприємництво", "підприємницька структура" та "конкурентоспроможність підприємницької структури". Управління підприємницькою структурою на засадах забезпечення її конкурентоспроможності є конкретною функцією менеджменту, де об'єктом управління є підприємницька структура. На основі опрацювання наукової літератури обгрунтовано, що традиційно цей об'єкт ототожнюють із підприємствами або сукупністю підприємств, які функціонують у формі виробничих об'єднань, трастів, асоціацій, консорціумів тощо. На основі правил логіки доведено, що до підприємницьких структур належать також суб'єкти підприємництва, які функціонують у формі фізичних осіб приватних підприємців, адже ці суб'єкти, як і підприємства, що є юридичними особами, характеризуються усіма ознаками систем і їх розвиток відбуваються на основі тих самих економічних законів, під вплив яких підпадають підприємства та їх об'єднання. Уточнення поняття "підприємницька структура" є важливим з точки зору формалізації підходів до управління підприємницькими структурами і конкретизації форм забезпечення їхньої конкурентоспроможності.

THE ESSENCE OF COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES STRUCTURES

Summary

The purpose of the article is to identify the essential features of the concepts of "competition", "competitiveness", "entrepreneurship", "business structure" and "competitiveness of the business structure". Managing the business structure on the basis of ensuring its competitiveness is a specific function of management, where the object of management is an entrepreneurial structure. On the basis of the development of scientific literature, it is substantiated that traditionally this object is identified with enterprises or a set of enterprises that operate in the form of industrial associations, trusts, associations, consortia, etc. On the basis of the rules of logic it is proved that entrepreneurial structures also include entrepreneurs who operate in the form of individuals of private entrepreneurs, since these entities, as well as enterprises that are legal entities, are characterized by all signs of systems and their development takes place on based on the same economic laws, under the influence of which enterprises and their associations are subject. Clarification of the concept of "business structure" is important in terms of formalizing approaches to managing business structures and specifying the forms of ensuring their competitiveness.
