МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНЕ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ВИРОБНИЧОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АГРАРНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання аналізу та оцінювання виробничого потенціалу аграрного підприємства для проведення стратегічного планування. Потенціал розглядається з позиції готовності підприємства до розробки проектів змін, їх реалізації та оцінювання ефективності. Сформовано методичне забезпечення аналізу виробничого потенціалу, яке дає змогу врахувати ступінь участі й місце кожної з виробничих одиниць або окремих їх елементів у процесі виробництва кінцевого продукту на конкретній території. Подібний аналіз сприяє підвищенню достовірності стратегічного планування й прогнозування виробництва як сировини, так і кінцевої продукції. В статті надано оцінку одному з важливих напрямів використання показників виробничого потенціалу як здійснення об'єктивної оцінки результатів господарської діяльності підприємств на основі даних про ефективність його функціонування. Така оцінка досягається за умови, коли вона здійснюватиметься з урахуванням розміру виробничого потенціалу — об'єктивного фактору, що істотно впливає на досягнутий рівень ресурсовіддачі. Ця вимога реалізується завдяки використанню тих же коефіцієнтів диференціації, які можуть бути розраховані на основі масових даних про залежність узагальнюючого показника ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу від його розміру. За допомогою цих коефіцієнтів коригується фактично досягнутий рівень ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу й на основі одержаних даних здійснюється об'єктивна оцінка результатів господарської діяльності підприємств та регіонів. За результатами дослідження було встановлено, що аналізувати ресурсоємність продукції взаємопов'язаних галузей АПВ слід за допомогою матеріальних міжгалузевих балансів, модифікованих стосовно цього комплексу і його мікрорівня — окремого агропромислового підприємства.

METHODOLOGICAL PROVIDER OF MANUFACTURING POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article deals with the issues of analysis and evaluation of the production potential of the agrarian enterprise for strategic planning. The potential is considered from the standpoint of the company's readiness to develop change projects, their implementation and evaluation of efficiency. Formed a methodological analysis of production potential, which allows to take into account the degree of participation and the place of each of the production units or their individual elements in the process of production of the final product in a specific territory. Such an analysis is a prerequisite, since it contributes to increasing the reliability of strategic planning and forecasting of production both of raw materials and of final products.
The article gives an assessment of one of the important directions of using indicators of production potential as an objective assessment of the results of economic activity of enterprises based on the data on the effectiveness of its functioning. Such an assessment is achieved provided that it is carried out taking into account the size of the production potential — the objective factor, which significantly affects the level of achieved resource level. This requirement is realized due to the use of the same differentiation coefficients, which can be calculated on the basis of mass data on the dependence of the generalizing indicator of the efficiency of the use of production potential from its size. With these coefficients the actual level of efficiency of the use of production potential is corrected and on the basis of the obtained data an objective assessment of the results of economic activity of enterprises and regions is carried out.
According to the results of the study, it was established that the analysis of the resource intensity of the products of the interconnected branches of APV should be followed by material inter-industry balances, modified in relation to this complex and its micro-level — a separate agro-industrial enterprise.
