ПУБЛІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ СТІЙКИМ РОЗВИТКОМ РЕГІОНУ В УМОВАХ ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ СЕРВІСНОЇ ДЕРЖАВИ
Анотація
У статті зазначено, що сучасні виклики людства потребують запровадження інноваційних підходів сталого розвитку регіону. Акцентовано увагу, що в сучасних умовах стан довкілля відіграє все більш вагому роль як фактор стабільного розвитку суспільства та розбудови сервісної держави. Визначено напрями вдосконалення системи державного управління охороною навколишнього середовища. Розглянуто роль еколого-економічної безпеки для розвитку сервісної держави. Визначено основні принципи для розробки стратегії публічного управління забезпечення еколого-економічної безпеки сервісної держави. Виокремлено основні напрями перетворень у процесі забезпечення еколого-економічної безпеки. Доведено, що головну роль у забезпеченні еколого-економічної безпеки суспільства відведено сервісній державі. Представлено ряд необхідних дій органів державної влади для підвищення екоголо-економічної безпеки сервісної держави.

PUBLIC GOVERNANCE FOR THE STABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE STAGE IMPLEMENTATION
Summary
The article states that modern challenges of humanity require the introduction of innovative approaches to sustainable development of the region. After all, in recent decades, the problem of sustainable development and ecological and economic security is seen as a key direction of economic growth both in the region and in the state as a whole. A modern view of the methodology of the study of this problem requires an innovative approach, since the state policy, in previous years, has caused the crisis situation of the environment and caused significant environmental and economic problems. There is a need for targeted state action aimed at protecting the environment. The current state of the ecological situation in the country is becoming dangerous not only for the current, but also for the future generations, which is contrary to the principles of sustainable development and poses a threat to the further development of a service state. The article, accented respect, so in all the minds of the camp, all the role of the factor of stability of development and development of service. The directions of improvement of the system of state management of environmental protection are defined: restructuring of industrial production, the development of the regulatory framework and the economic mechanism of environmental protection and nature management, improvement of the system of ecological monitoring, expansion of information support, improvement of the system of ecological education and education, increase of public participation in solving security problems The role of eco-economic security for rozvitku servosno ї power. Presented a number of necessary organs of state power for podvischennya eco-eco-friendly security service: implementation of state support for regional development through the implementation of a complex of state programs; placement of state orders for the supply of products to enterprises in the region; parity participation in large regional investment projects; creation of a favorable national climate for the development of the economy of the territory.
