УПРАВЛІННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ СУБ'ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ ПРИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОЛОГІЧНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ
Анотація
Теоретично обгрунтовано загальний концептуальний перехід до послідовної екологізації економіки з метою забезпечення переходу до сталого розвитку суб'єктів господарювання на інноваційній основі. Доведено, що сталий розвиток економіки забезпечить не тільки розвиток інноваційної системи як самостійного спрямування, а й науково-обгрунтований концептуальний підхід до екологізації втробництва. Визначено сутність екологічних проектів, що спрямовані на природоохоронні заходи, які доповнені таким обов'язковим системним критерієм, який характеризує екологічні інновації, як отримання сприятливих екологічних наслідків. Запропоновано схему структури комплексного механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю суб'єктів господарювання при формуванні та реалізації екологічних проектів. Зазначено, що використання програмноцільового підходу при реалізації програми екологічних інновацій водночас дасть змогу покращити економічні показники діяльності суб'єктів господарювання, підвищити їх конкурентоспроможність.

MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUBJECTS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS
Summary
The general conceptual transition to the consistent ecologization of the economy in order to ensure the transition to sustainable development of business entities on an innovative basis is theoretically grounded. It is proved that sustainable development of the economy will ensure not only the development of the innovation system as an independent direction, but also a scientifically grounded conceptual approach to the environmentalization of production. The nature of environmental projects aimed at environmental measures, which are supplemented by such a mandatory systemic criterion that characterizes environmental innovations, such as obtaining favorable environmental impacts, is determined. The scheme of structure of the complex mechanism of management of innovative activity of subjects of management during formation and realization of ecological projects is offered.
Thus, the program-targeted approach is one of the most effective in the process of formation and implementation of the program of environmental innovations of business entities and is focused on the final result and achievement of the set goals. The use of the programmatic approach in the management of innovative activities will facilitate the transition from the practice of providing funds for innovation to the evaluation of the final results, as well as increasing responsibility for the implementation of environmental projects. The use of the programmatic approach in shaping and implementing the program of environmental innovations will simultaneously improve the economic performance of economic entities and increase their competitiveness. The proposed mechanism of management of innovative activity in the formation and implementation of environmental projects according to the program-targeted approach enables to provide a stable dynamics of innovation development through achievement of the objectives of the subject of economic activity and creation of conditions for its effective operation in the long-term perspective.
