Анотація
У статті проаналізовано існуючі проблеми та перспективи розвитку інвестиційної діяльності, оскільки в останні роки в Україні недостатньо привабливі умови для більш активної діяльності внутрішніх та іноземних інвесторів, що в свою чергу обумовлює потребу у додатковому обсязі інвестиційного капіталу. Стратегія інвестиційної діяльності будь-якого підприємства є складовою частиною його загальної економічної стратегії і передбачає ефективне використання різних форм інвестування задля забезпечення високої ринкової вартості підприємства та сталих темпів його розвитку. Одним із головних чинників провадження успішної інвестиційної політики підприємства є наявність сприятливого інвестиційного клімату в державі, що обумовлюється рядом макроекономічних факторів впливу. На сучасному етапі є необхідність поліпшення інвестиційного клімату та удосконалення механізмів державного регулювання інвестиційної діяльності.

DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article analyzes existing problems and prospects for the development of investment activity. In recent years in Ukraine there are not enough attractive conditions for more active domestic and foreign investors, which in turn cause the need for an additional amount of investment capital. The investment strategy of any enterprise is an integral part of its overall economic strategy and provides for the effective use of various forms of investment in order to ensure the high market value of the enterprise and the steady pace of its development. Formation of such a strategy requires its strict coordination with the financial strategy of the enterprise, because it determines the directions of development of the enterprise in the long-term period. Such a policy is the basis for the development of any enterprise, because in the presence of inferior and ineffective investment policy, it threatens both the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the company in the future and ensure of its full-fledged activities in the short run. Investment strategy — is a complex system of long-term investment objectives, which are determined based on the general objectives of the development of the economic entity, as well as the selection of the most effective ways to achieve them. It should be noted that the investment strategy must necessarily take into account the mission and goals of the entity, external and internal factors of influence and rely on the strategic priorities of a particular national economic system.
The development of the investment strategy of the company involves a complex and comprehensive analysis of all elements of the internal and external environment of the operation of the enterprise, as well as the coordination of these goals and measures to achieve them with the overall strategy of the enterprise.
One of the directions of optimization of investment activity of an enterprise is a proper analysis of the efficiency of individual investment projects. This analysis is based on a set of indicators of project efficiency and is the source of the necessary information for the adoption of a management decision related to investing in this project. Such an analysis is based on the study of all possible aspects of the external and internal environment of the project, that may occur during its practical implementation, which includes information, technological, marketing, financial and production elements of its provision.
The scientific substantiation of the approved managerial decisions regarding the investment of funds is ensured by the practical use of optimization methods and models of economic and mathematical modeling, through appropriate software. This gives an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project from the scientific point of view, to identify the relationship between positive and negative consequences and make the right decision.
