МЕХАНІЗМ ТРАНСФЕРУ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ДО АГРОПРОМИСЛОВОГО КОМПЛЕКСУ ЗА ПІДТРИМКИ ДЕРЖАВИ

Анотація

У статті розроблено механізм трансферу технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави. Охарактеризовано загальний зміст трансферу технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави. Підкреслено, що трансфер технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави являє собою передачу науково-технічних знань і досвіду з науково-технічного сектору в виробництво для надання науково-технічних послуг, застосування технологічних процесів, випуску продукції. Визначено об'єкти некомерційного трансферу технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави: об'єкти промислової власності; ноу-хау і технічний досвід; технічні і технологічні знання та інформація. Виокремлено форми трансферу технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави: внутрішній трансфер; квазівнутрішній трансфер; зовнішній трансфер. Означено етапи реалізації процесу трансферу технологій до агропромислового комплексу за підтримки держави. Підкреслено, що вирішальним є етап адаптації вихідного науково-технологічного пакета до вимог конкретного потенційного покупця. Продемонстровано особливості технології як об'єкт трансферу в агропромисловий комплекс за державної підтримки має такі особливості: можливість багаторазового передачі і одночасного використання її продавцем і покупцем; ефект "творчого руйнування", який пов'язаний з технологічним розривом; вплив фактора часу, який проявляється в моральному старінні технології і обумовлює необхідність її постійного оновлення, скорочення життєвого циклу технології; необхідність відповідного кваліфікаційного рівня у приймаючої технологію боку.

THE MECHANISM OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER TO THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX UNDER THE STATE SUPPORT

Summary

Problem setting. The technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support is the transfer of scientific and technical knowledge and experience from the scientific and technical sector to production for the provision of scientific and technical services, application of technological processes and production.
Recent research and publication analysis. The questions of public administration in the agro-industrial complex were investigated and continue to be researched in numerous scientific works.
However, the mechanisms of mechanisms of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support are still out of the attention of scientists and practitioners and require an in-depth study.
Paper objective. The purpose of article is development of the mechanism of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support.
Paper main body. The mechanism of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support is developed in the article. In particular, the general content of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support is characterized. The objects of non-commercial transfer of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support are determined. The forms of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support are defined. The stages of technology transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support are indicated. The peculiarities of technology as an object of transfer to the agro-industrial complex under the state support are demonstrated.
Conclusions of the research.
