ІСТОРИКО-ГЕОГРАФІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ НАДАННЯ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЙНОЇ ДОПОМОГИ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
Для ефективного та повноцінного дослідження будь-якої визначеної проблеми, важливим є вивчити історію її виникнення, зародження та розвитку. Крім того, це дозволить більш точно зрозуміти сутність реабілітації.
У статті досліджено історію становлення та розвитку реабілітації, крім того, більш грунтовно досліджено історичні аспекти зародження медичної реабілітації. Визначено та обгрунтовано роль і необхідність медичної реабілітації в умовах сьогодення. Показано внесок вітчизняних вчених у її розвиток. Проведено детальний аналіз кількості реабілітаційних центрів в Україні, визначено число отримувачів реабілітаційних послуг у центрах професійної реабілітації за географічним критерієм. На основі вивченої та узагальненої інформації, розроблено модель процесу медичної реабілітації.
Дослідивши роль медичної реабілітації в умовах сьогодення, коли в Україні триває військовий конфлікт з Росією, що має офіційну назву "антитерористична операція", проаналізовано скільком захисникам-військовим зони АТО надано медичну реабілітації. Подано детальний аналіз етапів, порядку та методики проведення медичної реабілітації.

HISTORICAL AND GEOGRAPHICAL ASPECTS OF PROVIDING REHABILITATION ASSISTANCE IN UKRAINE
Summary
It is important to study the history of its origin, origin and development for an effective and thorough study of any definite problem. In addition, it will more accurately understand the essence of rehabilitation.
The article investigates the history of the formation and development of rehabilitation, in addition, the historical aspects of the origin of medical rehabilitation are more thoroughly investigated. The role and necessity of medical rehabilitation in the present conditions are determined and substantiated. The contribution of domestic scientists to its development is shown. A detailed analysis of the number of rehabilitation centers in Ukraine was conducted, and the number of recipients of rehabilitation services in the centers of professional rehabilitation according to the geographical criterion was determined. On the basis of the studied and generalized information, a model of the process of medical rehabilitation was developed.
After examining the role of medical rehabilitation in the present situation, when a military conflict with Russia, which has the official name "antiterrorist operation" continues in Ukraine, has been analyzed as many defenders of the military zone of the ATO provided medical rehabilitation. Detailed analysis of stages, procedure and methods of medical rehabilitation is provided.
Rehab has a long history of birth and development. So, about her first mention was 3000-2000 BC in the manuscripts of India and China. The first state medical institute in which students taught rehab, was the Institute in the VI century in China.
The emergence of biological sciences began during the Renaissance, which in turn, positively influenced the development of rehabilitation. During this period, many scientific papers devoted to this problem were written. The most famous was the path of the Italian scientist Mercuryus "The Art of Gymnastics" (1556), Fuller "Medical Gymnastics" and J. Tisso "Medical and Surgical Gymnastics" (1780).
Over the years, the importance of rehabilitation has become increasingly important in medicine and has been developing and improving every year. However, medical rehabilitation in Ukraine arose recently. Note that Ukraine is one of the leading disability places, and every year the number of people in need of rehabilitation care is growing. These are people with disabilities, therefore, the state must guarantee such citizens the right to work and ensure the realization of this right by active participation of the disabled in the professional and social life of the country. Thus, rehabilitation combines social and medical problems, that is, it becomes a productive force.
