КООПЕРАЦІЯ ВИРОБНИЧО-ГОСПОДАРСЬКОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ФЕРМЕРСЬКИХ ГОСПОДАРСТВ
Анотація
У статті визначено, що фермерські господарства, які мають невеликі розміри, не можуть здійснювати інтенсивне високотехнологічне виробництво та переробку сільськогосподарської продукції, забезпечувати сервісне обслуговування засобів виробництва, а тому потребують об'єднання зусиль на кооперативних засадах. Встановлено, що у розвитку фермерського руху в усіх країнах світу є чітко виражені тенденції: скорочення чисельності фермерських господарств; збільшення середнього їх розміру; кооперування фермерів у різних видах діяльності.
У сучасних умовах України найбільш поширеною формою об'єднань фермерів є малі кооперативи, в яких ряд дрібних самостійних фермерських господарств об'єднуються для спільного виконання окремих видів робіт або для спільної виробничої діяльності на основі усної домовленості без розробки чіткого положення про права й обов'язки та про розподіл доходів. Запропоновано організаційну структура обласної сільськогосподарської кооперативної системи, кожний галузевий підрозділ якої має свою структуру управління та механізм взаємовідносин. Аргументовано, що успішне становлення та розвиток кооперації на селі, зокрема такої основної ланки кооперативного руху, як фермерські господарства, — можуть бути забезпечені тільки в умовах економічного піднесення в аграрному секторі економіки країни.

COOPERATION OF PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF FARMS
Summary
The article states that small-scale farms cannot carry out intensive high-tech production and processing of agricultural products, provide maintenance of the means of production, and therefore require a cooperative effort. It is established that there are clear trends in the development of agricultural movement in all countries of the world: reduction of the number of farms; increasing their average size; cooperating farmers in different activities. Research of farms as a subject of cooperation, analysis of the modern development of cooperative ties in agricultural production, study of the state of cooperation in the agricultural sector of countries with advanced agricultural land use allowed to determine the following types of cooperation: labor cooperation; cooperation in the use of fixed assets; cooperation in the use of land resources; cooperative supply and supply; cooperative credit and insurance; full cooperation. These types of cooperation can be implement in any form.
Revealed that modern conditions of Ukraine the most common form associations are small farmers cooperatives, in which a number of small independent farms united to jointly perform certain types of work or for joint production activities on the basis of a verbal agreement without developing a clear position on the rights and duty and revenue sharing. Cooperation farms, which provides for the concentration of resources closer to their optimal size with minimal additional investments, to create potentially efficient enterprise.
The proposed organizational structure of regional agricultural cooperative system, each branch unit that has its own management structure and mechanism of relations: primary (local) cooperatives — I level; district cooperatives and cooperative unions — II level; regional branch unions and regional branch agricultural cooperative — level III. This system allows you to create a single economic space for effective interaction of all forms of ownership and management in agriculture. In developing the concept of forming, a cooperative system in the regions must be based on proven methodological approaches.
Argued that the successful establishment and development of cooperatives in rural areas, including such basic units of cooperative movement as farmers — can be provided only in economic growth in the agricultural sector of the country.
