ІНВЕСТИЦІЇ У НЕОБОРОТНІ АКТВИВИ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ОЛІЙНО-ЖИРОВОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ: ДИНАМІКА, ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ
Анотація
Автором проведено аналіз стану олійно-жирової промисловості України, на основі показників обсягу виробництва, експорту, імпорту соняшникової олії у світі та в країні. Розглянуто перспективи розвитку олійно-жирового комплексу України. Зосереджено увагу на аналізі стану переробних потужностей лідируючих підприємств олійно-жтрової промисловості України. У статті досліджується сутність необоротних активів та їх структура на прикладі підприємств олійно-жирової промисловості, виявлення основних тенденцій щодо інвестування у матеріальні, нематеріальні та фінансові активи довгострокового характеру, Проведено аналіз структури необоротних активів підприємств олійно-жирової промисловості станом на початок 2019 року. Визначено обсяги необхідних інвестицій у будівництво елеваторних потужностей та ранжування таких потреб за областями України. Встановлено наявність дефіциту елеваторних потужностей в Україні та вкрай нерівномірне їх розташування. Обсяги ємних сховищ майже дорівнюють потребам у Закарпатській, Миколаївській, Івано-Франківській областях. Профіцит потужностей виявлено у Одеській області, проте є області, де потреба в інвестиціях у елеватори вимірюється сотнями мільйонів доларів, лідерами стали Житомирська, Харківська та Дніпропетровська області. Загальний обсяг необхідних інвестицій у будівництво нових елеваторних потужностей становлять у сумі від 3,5 до 4,5 млрд дол. США.

INVESTMENTS IN NON-CURRENT ASSETS OF UKRANIAN'S SUNFLOWER OIL AND FATS COMPANIES: DYNAMICS, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS
Summary
The acceleration of economic and geopolitical integration processes in the European and Eurasian space implies a radical reconstruction and modernization of national production facilities. Under the influence of restructuring of world industrial production, production processes accelerate and change, the country's export potential is increased, and new markets are opened.The author analyzes the state of the oil and fat industry in Ukraine, based on the indices of production, export, import of sunflower oil in the world and in the country. Prospects of development of oil and fat complex of Ukraine are considered. The attention is paid to the analysis of the state of processing capacities of the leading enterprises of the oil and refining industry of Ukraine. Ukrainian business, in view of the enormous natural, resource, intellectual and labor potential of the country, is in the process of continuous integration into the world trading community, which is reflected in the structural and qualitative upgrades of production capacities at domestic processing enterprises, in particular oil and gas enterprises The article examines the essence of non-current assets and their structure on the example of oil and fat industry enterprises, identifying the main tendencies for investing in tangible, intangible and financial assets of long-term nature. The author analyzes the structure of fixed assets of oil and fat industry enterprises as of the beginning of 2019. The volumes of necessary investments in the construction of elevator capacities and the ranking of such needs by the regions of Ukraine are determined. It is established that the lack of elevator capacity in Ukraine and their extremely uneven location. The volume of storage facilities is almost equal to the needs in the Transcarpathian, Mykolaiv, Ivano-Frankivsk regions. Capacity surplus was found in the Odessa region, however, there are areas where the need for investments in elevators is measured in hundreds of millions of dollars, the leaders are Zhytomyr, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The total amount of investment needed to build new elevator facilities is $ 3.5 billion to $ 4.5 billion. USA.
