ЕКОНОМІЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ДЕРЖАВИ І ЗДОРОВ'Я ПРАЦЮЮЧИХ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню впливу здоров'я працездатного населення на економічний розвиток держави, на ріст валового внутрішнього продукту в країні. Представлено п'ятивимірну модель здоров'я, аспекти здоров'я, три фактори стану здоров'я населення. Висвітлено суть громадського здоров'я, його основне завдання. Обгрунтовано, що здоров'я людини і економічний розвиток суспільства мають тісний взаємозв'язок та взаємозалежність. Запас здоров'я вичерпується з часом і може бути збільшений через інвестування в медичні послуги. Інвестиції в розвиток людського фактора, в програми, пов'язані з охороною і зміцненням здоров'я населення, економічно виправдані і в результаті приносять "дохід" суспільству загалом. Знайдено кореляційну залежність між номінальним ВВП України та зайнятим населенням за видами економічної діяльності.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE AND HEALTH OF WORKING PERSONS
Summary
The article is devoted to the study of the impact of the health of the able-bodied population on the economic development of the country, on the growth of gross domestic product in the country. The five-dimensional model of health, health aspects, three factors of population health are presented. Public health is covered, its main task. It is substantiated that human health and economic development of society are closely interconnected and interdependent. Health is depleted over time and can be increased by investing in health care services. Investments in the development of the human factor, in programs related to the protection and promotion of public health, are economically justified and, as a result, bring "income" to society as a whole. The correlation between the nominal GDP of Ukraine and the employed population by types of economic activity is found.
According to the estimates of the World Health Organization and the European Union, its financing must be at least 6—8% of GDP for the health system to function effectively.
According to a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), health care costs are increasing faster than the global economy, accounting for 10 percent of global gross domestic product (GDP). In poor countries, the cost of medical services increases annually by an average of 6% and in the rich countries by 4%.
The health stock is exhausted over time and can be increased by investing in medical services. Investments in the development of the human factor, in programs related to the protection and promotion of health of the population are economically justified and as a result bring "income" to society as a whole
Investment in health development will generate health benefits, which in turn is required to be successful in all other manufacturing and consumption sectors.
An effective preventive medicine system should be implemented as a proposal immediately. This requires the creation of an effective public health system that monitors, identifies, causes, proposes and controls the implementation of effective health measures. Funding of public health programs at least 5% of the total expenditure on the health care system.
