ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИХ ПРОЕКТІВ, ЩО СПРЯМОВАНІ НА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ІНТЕРЕСІВ МІСЦЕВИХ ГРОМАД МІСТА МИРГОРОД
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано основні інвестиційні проекти. Зазначено, що залучення інвестицій у різні сфери міста Миргород Полтавської області координує відділ муніципальних ініціатив, інвестицій та енергоменеджменту виконавчого комітету Миргородської міської ради. Проекти реалізуються в рамках Стратегії сталого розвитку Миргородського субрегіону до 2028 р., яку розроблено за підтримки проекту міжнародної технічної допомоги "Партнерство для розвитку міст". Досліджено, що проекти впроваджувались у соціальну, економічну та екологічну сфери діяльності громади та були спрямовані на покращення умов їх проживання. Визначено, що основними джерелами фінансування міських проектів є: ресурси мешканців; гранти (кошти, надані грантодавцем (фондом, приватною організацією, урядовою установою або фізичною особою) некомерційній організації або фізичній особі для виконання конкретного проекту; кошти меценатів і спонсорів (кошти представників бізнесу); спільнокошт; бюджет участі; муніципальний грант; міські програми співфінансування.

FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS AIMED AT SECURING THE INTERESTS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITIES OF MYRHOROD
Summary
The article analyzes the main investment projects. It is noted that attraction of investments in different spheres of the city of Myrhorod of the Poltava region is coordinated by the department of municipal initiatives, investments and energy management of the executive committee of the Myrhorod city council. The projects are being implemented within the framework of the Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Myrhorod Sub-Region until 2028, which was developed with the support of the International Partnership for Urban Development Partnership project.
Strategic directions for the development of the Myrhorod sub-region include: Business and green economy development; Development of medical-balneological and recreational-tourist sphere; Formation of an environmentally sound socio-cultural space of the sub-region; Improving the governance and community activation of the subregion The 2028 Sustainable Development Strategy of the Myrhorod Subregion.
It was researched that the projects were implemented in social, economic and environmental spheres of community activity and aimed at improving their living conditions. It has been determined that the main sources of financing for urban projects are: residents' resources; grants (funds provided by a grantor (fund, private organization, government agency or individual) to a nonprofit organization or individual to carry out a specific project; sponsors and sponsors (funds from business representatives); community costs; participation budget; municipal grant; city co-financing programs.
It is stated that the Investment project, for which state support may be provided, should contain: summary, general description of the problem to be solved, the organizational plan, marketing plan, production plan, project implementation plan, financial plan, economic and social forecast the impact of project implementation, projected budget revenues, project risk information and environmental impact assessment, and more. The project may also contain additional information depending on the area of activity in which it is intended to be implemented.
