ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПРОЄКТІВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВАМИ З ІНОЗЕМНИМИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЯМИ
Анотація
Метою статті є розгляд та визначення особливостей, підходів та процедур реалізації інвестиційних проєктів технологічного забезпечення підприємствами з іноземними інвестиціями на ринку вітчизняних суб'єктів-споживачів. Виявлено, що вітчизняні промислові підприємства вагому частку витрат на інновації покривають за власний рахунок, а придбання машин та обладнання має найвищу частку у витратах на інновації, що створює відповідний ринок суб'єктів споживачів досліджуваних підприємств. Розкрито етапи проєктування відповідно до рекомендацій UNIDO з їх адаптацією до реалізації інвестиційного проєкту технологічного забезпечення на підприємстві з іноземними інвестиціями. Виокремлено ряд особливостей: включення до опису ідеї проєкту опису безпосереднього технологічного процесу, оцінка використання технології в проєктних умовах; необхідність проведення оцінки ринку збуту підприємства клієнта, розвитку його галузі, оцінка ризиків майбутньої співпраці; потреба в застосуванні аналізу чутливості проєкту та сценарного його планування. Обгрунтовано підхід до побудови бізнес-концепції проєкту, що включає мету (безперебійне забезпечення існуючого клієнта завдяки встановленню обладнання), очікувані вигоди від проєкту, осіб, які будуть у ньому задіяні (директор, керівник проєкту, логіст, працівники монтажу та сервісу, відповідальна особа з боку клієнта, проєктант, відповідальна особа з боку виробника обладнання), обмеження проєкту (терміни реалізації відповідні робочому графіку підприємства-клієнта), допущення та ризики.

FEATURES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT PROJECTS OF COMPANIES WITH FOREIGN INVESTMENTS
Summary
The purpose of the article is to consider and determine the features, approaches and procedures for the implementation of investment projects of technological support by company with foreign investment in the market of domestic consumers. Substantiated, that in the case of companies with foreign investment activities related to the sale and implementation of various technologies in customer`s companies, technological solutions become key tools to increase their profitability and form the investment basis of their activities.
Appointed, that domestic industrial companies cover a significant share of innovation costs at their own expense, and the purchase of machinery and equipment has the highest share in innovation costs, which creates a corresponding market of consumers of the studied companies. Recommendations are given to companies that are investors on substantiation of decisions on financing of projects of technical and technological modernization on the basis of technology of investment designing.
The stages of design in accordance with the recommendations of UNIDO with their adaptation to the implementation of the investment project of technological support at the enterprise with foreign investment are revealed. A number of features are singled out: inclusion in the description of the project idea of a description of the direct technological process, assessment of the use of technology in the design conditions; the need for the enterprise with foreign investment, implementing the project, to assess the market of the client's enterprise, the development of its industry, risk assessment of future cooperation; the need to apply the sensitivity analysis of the project and its scenario planning.
The approach to building its business concept is substantiated, which will include the goal (uninterrupted provision of the existing client by installing equipment), expected benefits from the project (minimization of the risk of non-performance of the contract with the client, additional income), persons who will be involved. project manager, logistician, installation and service staff, responsible person on behalf of the client, designer, responsible person on behalf of the equipment manufacturer), project restrictions (implementation deadlines according to the working schedule of the client company), assumptions and risks.
