ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ДЛЯ СПРИЯННЯ АКТИВНОМУ НАВЧАННЮ ФАХІВЦІВ СФЕРИ ЦИВІЛЬНОГО ЗАХИСТУ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Реалізації сучасних освітніх завдань сприяє організація активної та інтерактивної взаємодії суб'єктів навчально-пізнавальної діяльності. У статті увагу зосереджено на інноваційних формах і методах навчання, які дозволяють швидко аналізувати інформацію, знаходити оптимальні шляхи вирішення завдань та розвивають творчі, інтелектуальні та професійні характеристики особистості. Розглянуто сучасні інтерактивні технології навчання, які були апробовані авторами статті в навчальних аудиторіях Інституту державного управління та наукових досліджень з цивільного захисту. Розкрито особливості проведення ділової гри та відмічено як позитивні, так і проблемні моменти цієї технології.
На основі проведеного аналізу та педагогічного досвіду зроблено висновок, що сучасні інноваційні технології, які запроваджуються в освітню діяльність сфери цивільного захисту, сприяють активному навчанню слухачів, метою якого є самореалізація й самовдосконалення кожної особистості та її професійне зростання.

IMPLEMENTATION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES TO FACILITATE ACTIVE TRAINING OF CIVIL DEFENCE PROFESSIONALS OF UKRAINE
Summary
Implementation of modern educational tasks is facilitated by establishing of active and interactive cooperation of subject persons of educational and cognitive activity. The article focuses on innovative formats and methods of training that allow you to analyze information quickly, to find optimum ways to solve problems and develop creative, intellectual and professional characteristics of an individual. Modern interactive training technologies, which have been tested by the authors of the article in the classrooms of the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Defense, have been considered. The peculiarities of conducting a business game are revealed, and the positive and problematic aspects of this technology are observed.
Based on the analysis and pedagogical experience, it is concluded that modern innovative technologies which are implemented into the educational activity of civil defense, contribute to the active training of the students, which aims at self-realization and self-improvement of each individual and his professional growth.
Implementation of modern educational tasks is facilitated by organizing of active and interactive cooperation of subject persons of educational and cognitive activity. To ensure a successful result of educational activities in the sphere of civil defense, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Institute of Public Administration and Research in Civil Defense organize group work, work in pairs, individual work, etc. during the classes, interaction of the students with each other is encouraged, as well as with the teachers and with the educational information. The use of innovative technologies is aimed at efficient interaction, in which there is the acquisition of the new experience, new knowledge and provides an opportunity for self-realization of the individual, which contributes to the active learning of the students.
The problem of interactive learning remains relevant today. Despite the fact that the indicated issues have been investigated quite actively and for a long time, a number of issues remain open. Therefore, the aim of the article is to find the optimum innovative formats and methods for learning, in particular for the training and retraining of the specialists in the state sphere of civil defense. To achieve the goal, the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature has been conducted and the own practical experience has been consolidated.
The authors have paid special attention to the interactive formats and methods of training that allow you to analyze information quickly, to find optimum ways to solve problems.
Based on the analysis and pedagogical experience, the authors conclude that the modern innovative technologies which are implemented into the educational activities of sphere of civil defense, contribute into the active learning of the students. Also, the latest technologies in learning are a teaching tool that stimulates students to acquire new knowledge, allows instant feedback, improves communication, improves teaching activities and encourages innovative search. The peculiarity of such learning is its focus on the students.
