ПЕРЕВАГИ ТА НЕДОЛІКИ ПРОГРАМ АВТОМАТИЗАЦІЇ БУХГАЛТЕРСЬКОГО ОБЛІКУ
Анотація
У статті проведено якісну та кількісну оцінку переваг та недоліків програм автоматизації бухгалтерського обліку на основі контент-аналізу та статистичного аналізу інтеграції інформаційних систем у практиці українських підприємств. Визначено три ключові тенденції в сфері автоматизації бухгалтерського обліку, які ведуть до скорочення кількості недоліків та проблем при автоматизації. Встановлено, що на внутрішньому ринку України збільшується кількість підприємств, які використовують програми автоматизації бухгалтерського обліку. Це призводить до розвитку ринку надання послуг з розробки, підтримки, супроводу, налаштування програм автоматизації, зростання конкуренції серед компаній-розробників, постачальників послуг. По-друге, зростання рівня автоматизації бухгалтерського обліку серед підприємств веде до зростання кількості переваг та скорочення численних недоліків. Загалом переваги стосуються оперативності, гнучкості, швидкості, скорочення рівня помилок у роботі підприємства, зростання рівня підзвітності та інтеграції управлінського обліку. З іншої сторони, недоліки стосуються переважно неготовності персоналу до змін, адаптації до нових технологічних умов роботи, високої вартості інтеграції програм автоматизації обліку. Зазначені тенденції призвели до розуміння компаніями розробниками та постачальниками визначених проблем, недоліків автоматизації, а, як наслідок, пропозиції вирішення цих проблем. Кейси компаній доводять, що вартість автоматизації скорочується завдяки росту конкуренції на внутрішньому ринку надання послуг розробки, супроводу та підтримки автоматизації. Відтак основні недоліки автоматизації — ціна, потреба в навчанні та адаптації персоналу, постійна потреба в налаштуваннях та доопрацюваннях — нівелюються.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF ACCOUNTING AUTOMATION PROGRAMS
Summary
The article presents a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of accounting automation programs based on content analysis and statistical analysis of the integration of information systems in the practice of Ukrainian enterprises. Three key trends in the field of accounting automation have been identified, which lead to a reduction in the number of shortcomings and problems in automation. It is established that in the domestic market of Ukraine the number of enterprises that use accounting automation programs is increasing. This leads to the development of the market for the provision of services for the development, support, maintenance, configuration of automation programs, increasing competition among companies, developers, service providers. Second, the increase in the level of accounting automation among enterprises leads to an increase in the number of advantages and a reduction in numerous disadvantages. In general, the advantages relate to efficiency, flexibility, speed, reducing the level of errors in the enterprise, increasing the level of accountability and integration of management accounting. On the other hand, the shortcomings relate mainly to the unwillingness of staff to change, adaptation to new technological working conditions, the high cost of integration of accounting automation programs. These trends have led to the understanding of companies developers and suppliers of certain problems, the shortcomings of automation, and as a consequence of the proposal to solve these problems. The cases of companies prove that the cost of automation is reduced due to increased competition in the domestic market of automation development, maintenance and support services. Therefore, the main shortcomings of automation — the price, the need for training and adaptation of staff, the constant need for adjustments and refinements — are offset.
Accounting is important in the management of economic activity of the enterprise. His information ensures the livelihood of others management functions, in particular: planning, control, economic analysis, and determines the possibility of developing the entire management system.
