THE CONCEPT OF GREEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE CONTEXT OF HUMANIZATION OF THE THEORY OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL
Summary
The study focuses on determining the prerequisites for the development of green entrepreneurship, based on the peculiarities of the bioeconomy, a new type of corporate ecology and the modern humanization stage of the development of the theory of intellectual capital. Assessing the paradigm shifts caused by the formation of the bioeconomy, have been considered it appropriate to develop a working model of intellectual capital of green entrepreneurship — one of the forms of modern ecology in modern bioeconomics, in particular, to learn about the nature and essence of humanized theory of intellectual capital. In both foreign and domestic scientific literature have been found the definition and understanding of the intellectual capital of the enterprise as a factor of production that affects the results of the enterprise and requires multiplication, or corresponds to the economic category that reflects economic relations between actors. The importance of intellectual capital for green entrepreneurship have been assessed by a set of results that can be taken into account — as a direct impact on the results of the enterprise, as well as indirect impact — values for entrepreneurs are generated through complex transformations and exchanges between tangible and intangible assets. Features of intellectual capital are best revealed through the construction of logical schemes of essential characteristics of intellectual capital, in which different definitions of intellectual capital of the enterprise find their place. The humanization of the theory of intellectual capital of the enterprise is reflected in the evolution of the concept of "intellectual capital", the course of which have been represented by static-dynamic-social sequence, which is based on a degree of understanding of the meaning and role of intellectual capital., but also the creation of social values and ensuring the long — term organizational success of enterprises, organizations and firms. The humanization of the theory of intellectual capital of the enterprise is a prerequisite for the formation and functioning of green entrepreneurship, which reflects the objective process of socialization of the modern economy.
Keywords: intellectual capital of the enterprise; green entrepreneurship.
