ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ЗОВНІШНЬОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛЬНОЇ КРИЗИ COVID-19
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано тенденції розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі України в умовах пандемії COVID-19. Визначено, що в міжнародній торгівлі особливо важливим для економіки України є експорт товарів і послуг, та зазначено заходи, рекомендовані для покращення торговельного балансу. Описано вплив держави у регулюванні міжнародної торговельної політики. Підкреслено значення державних та всесвітніх організацій у вирішенні глобальної проблеми пандемії COVID -19, а саме: Міністерство економічного розвитку і торгівлі України, Центр підтримки експорту, Міжнародна торгівельна палата, Світова організація торгівлі, Офіс з просування експорту України, Європейська мережа підприємств. Зазначено, що задля найшвидшого відновлення в період кризи є необхідним спиратись на досвід інших держав та проаналізовано приклад швидкого відновлення від кризи у Китаі. З'ясовано, що процес глобалізації зупинився через зміни в системі міжнародних постачань, обмеження в торгівлі, подорожї і міграції.

TRENDS IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE GLOBAL CRISIS COVID-19
Summary
Trends in the development of Ukraine's foreign trade in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic have been analyzed. It has been determined that the export of goods and services is especially important for the economy of Ukraine in international trade, and the measures recommended for improving the trade balance have been indicated. Factors that will contribute to the effective development of Ukraine's international trade have been established: the absence of technical barriers to the export of industrial products to the European Union and the increase of export quotas for duty-free supply of agricultural products to the European Union markets; an effective mechanism for representing Ukraine's foreign economic interests abroad; information and training support for exporters to raise awareness of entrepreneurs about the available consulting and financial opportunities; full functioning of the Export Credit Agency; in order to import, increase the level of quality of transport infrastructure, simplify the determination of the origin of goods and reduce the customs value of goods. The importance of state and world organizations in solving the global problem of the COVID-19 pandemic has been emphasized, namely: Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Export Support Center, International Chamber of Commerce, World Trade Organization, Ukrainian Export Promotion Office, European Enterprise Network. It has been noted that for the fastest recovery during the crisis there is anti-crisis management of the territory and it is necessary to rely on the experience of other countries. The example of rapid recovery of China has been analyzed as well. It has been proved that the European Union failed to deal properly with the epidemic: national governments put the interests of their citizens first, but not the principles of European solidarity. The process of globalization has been found to have stalled due to changes in the international supply system, restrictions on trade, travel and migration. It is presented that COVID-19 reveals the vulnerabilities of the globalized economy and may lead to the fact that businesses in the future will again be more active in production at the local level.
