ПІДТРИМКА РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ ТА СПОРТУ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЮ ГРОМАДОЮ КРИВОРІЖЖЯ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено розгляду та розробці прикладних рекомендацій щодо підтримки розвитку сфери фізичної культури та спорту, залучення широких верств населення до масового спорту. Доведено, члени суспільства мріють стати частиною європейської спортивної спільноти, хочуть сформувати правильне ставлення не тільки до спорту вищого рівня, але й до спорту в повсякденному житті.
Розглянуто організацію і забезпечення фізкультурно-оздоровчих та спортивно-масових заходів на Криворіжжі, визначено постійне залучення і збільшення мешканців міста, котрі зацікавлені здоровим способом життя та займаються професійним спортом. Охарактеризовано заходи щодо зміцнення матеріально-технічної бази фізкультурно-спортивних закладів, що дає змогу займатися фізичною культурою, вести здоровий спосіб життя та покращувати свій фізичний стан.
Доведено, розвиток фізичної культури та спорту у м. Кривий Ріг характеризується значними показниками і досягненнями, що свідчить про значну увагу органу місцевого самоврядування до перспектив перетворення громади на місто спорту.
З метою розв'язання проблеми в статті пропонується здійснити комплекс заходів, спрямованих на покращення умов для фізичного виховання й спорту, підтримки спорту для осіб з інвалідністю та ветеранів, розвитку видів спорту для осіб з обмеженими можливостями, поліпшення інформаційного забезпечення сфери фізичної культури і спорту.

SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS BY THE TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY OF KRYVYI RIH
Summary
Modern realities determine the necessary changes in society's approaches for strengthening human health as the highest humanistic value and a priority of public policy. Today there is a need for further development of physical culture and sports, identification of features of physical culture and sports activities of the population at the place of residence at the level of the territorial community.
The article is devoted to the consideration and development of applied recommendations to support the development of physical culture and sports, the involvement of broad sections of the population in mass sports. It has been proven that members of society dream of becoming part of the European sports community, they want to form the right attitude not only to top-level sports, but also to sports in everyday life.
The organization and provision of physical culture and health and sports events in Kryvyi Rih are considered, the constant involvement and increase of city residents who are interested in a healthy lifestyle and engaged in professional sports is determined.
Measures to strengthen the material and technical base of physical culture and sports facilities are described, which allows to engage in physical culture, lead a healthy lifestyle and improve their physical condition.
It is determined that the main priorities of sports activities are the preservation and further strengthening of the positions of the city's leading athletes at regional, All-Ukrainian and international competitions, improvement of the current system of training highly qualified athletes and the Olympic reserve.
It is proved that the development of physical culture and sports in Kryvyi Rih is characterized by significant indicators and achievements, which indicates the significant attention of local governments to the prospects of transforming the community into a city of sports. The local authorities have awarded the leading athletes and coaches, gifted children and youth, as well as sports schools and sports clubs of the city for sports achievements.
In order to solve the problem, the article proposes to implement a set of measures aimed at improving the conditions for physical education and sports in all types of educational institutions, places of work, residence and places of public recreation; support forchildren's andyoung people'ssports, reserve sports, high-achievement sports, sports for people with disabilities and veterans; development of Olympic, non-Olympic sports, sports for people with disabilities with musculoskeletal disorders, visual, hearing, mental and physical disabilities; improvement of personnel, logistical, financial, medical, information support in the field of physical culture and sports.
