ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНА СКЛАДОВА ПОЛІТИКИ ДОХОДІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджено науково-практичні засади формування інвестиційної політики як важливої складової політики доходів агропромислового підприємства. Установлено, що інвестиціями є господарські операції, котрі передбачають купівлю основних засобів, нематеріальних активів, корпоративних прав та цінних паперів у обмін на грошові кошти чи майно. Досліджено, що інвестуванням є форма економічно-фінансової діяльності, котра має на меті нарощування, збільшення капіталу; процес зростання вартості активів, котрими володіє фізична чи юридична особа. Визначено, що інвестиційною політикою є цілеспрямовані заходи на перетворення, виявлення та задоволення інвестиційних потреб. Виявлено, що результатом дієвої інвестиційної політики є створення умов для переходу до інноваційно-інвестиційної моделі розвитку економіки, яка неможлива без динамічного розвитку законодавства щодо стимулювання інвестицій. Досліджено головні вектори та фундаментальні задачі, котрі визначають інвестиційну політику агропромислового підприємства.

INVESTMENT COMPONENT OF INCOME POLICY
Summary
This article examines the scientific and practical principles of investment policy formation as an important component of the income policy of an agro-industrial enterprise. It is established that investments are business transactions that involve the purchase of fixed assets, intangible assets, corporate rights and securities in exchange for cash or property. It is investigated that investing is a form of economic and financial activity, which aims to increase, increase capital; the process of increasing the value of assets owned by a natural or legal person. It is determined that an investor is a person who is engaged in investing, ie investing in various enterprises or values, the purpose of which is to preserve and increase capital. It is established that investment activity is a set of purposeful actions on investment of financial resources and other values in projects and also maintenance of return of deposits. It is determined that the investment policy is targeted measures to transform, identify and meet investment needs depending on the conditions, together with an indication of financing. It is revealed that the result of an effective investment policy is the creation of conditions for the transition to innovation and investment model of economic development, which is impossible without the dynamic development of legislation to stimulate investment. It is established that the scientifically motivated concept of investment process development in the country in the short and long term in connection with the main ways of financing investments and specific ways of implementing relations formed in the process of movement and use of investments allows to combine potential properties of investments as financial and economic category with specific areas of use of investment activities in the interests of the state, citizens and society. It was found that one of the most important conditions for effective development of agro-industrial enterprises is to strengthen their investment potential, which will contribute to the production of quality and competitive products, technical and technological re-equipment of the industry, increase investment management in agro-industrial production. It is established that the fundamental aspect of investment policy includes policy in the field of supply of investment resources, policy of demand for investment resources, policy to balance supply and demand of investment resources and effective redistribution of investment resources in those sectors of the economy where they can be used more economically. The main vectors and fundamental tasks that determine the investment policy of an agro-industrial enterprise are studied.
