РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ СТРАТЕГІЇ ВИРОБНИЦТВА БІОПАЛИВ ІЗ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ КУЛЬТУР І ВІДХОДІВ
Анотація
У сучасних умовах господарювання, що супроводжуються зростанням вартості паливно-енергетичних ресурсів та погіршенням екологічної ситуації перед вітчизняними аграрними підприємствами та селянськими домогосподарствами постає важливе стратегічне завдання: з одного боку, забезпечити прибуткову діяльність, з іншого — провадити пошук шляхів розвитку в майбутньому, основою яких є інноваційні технології та примноження прибутку. У статті проведено PESTELІ-FAMIL (Y) — аналіз чинників та складових розвитку, що впливають на формування Стратегії виробництва біопалива з сільськогосподарських культур і відходів. Такий аналіз підтвердив, підтвердив, що ефективне використання сировини та відходів сільського господарства є важливим фактором розвитку виробництва біопалива в Україні. Запропоновано поетапний механізм реалізації Стратегії виробництва біопалива з сільськогосподарських культур і відходів. Сформовано етапи реалізації Стратегії виробництва біопалива з сільськогосподарських культур і відходів. Сформовано концептуальну модель Стратегії виробництва біопалива з сільськогосподарських культур та відходів в Україні.

IMPLEMENTATION OF A STRATEGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF BIOFUELS FROM AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND WASTE
Summary
Today, agriculture is a promising industry that can produce not only food raw materials but also energy. The use of certain agricultural products for biofuel production is considered as an alternative to traditional agricultural practices.In modern economic conditions, accompanied by an increase in the cost of fuel and energy resources and the deterioration of the environmental situation, domestic agricultural enterprises and peasant households face an important strategic task: on the one hand, to ensure profitable activities, on the other — to seek future development. innovative technologies and profit increase. In order to create conditions for improving the environmental situation, improving the quality of life of the population, strengthening energy security, we propose to adopt a Strategy for the production of biofuels from crops and waste at the state and regional levels. The key components in the formation of the Strategy should be a reasonable choice of priority areas of development and effective implementation of the innovation program. In modern economic conditions, accompanied by an increase in the cost of fuel and energy resources and the deterioration of the environmental situation, domestic agricultural enterprises and peasant households face an important strategic task: on the one hand, to ensure profitable activities, on the other — to seek future development. innovative technologies and profit increase. PESTELI-FAMIL (Y) — the analysis of factors and components of development influencing formation of Strategy of production of biofuel from crops and wastes has been carried out in article. This analysis confirmed, confirmed that the efficient use of feedstock and agricultural waste is an important factor in the development of biofuel production in Ukraine. A step-by-step mechanism for implementing the Strategy for Biofuel Production from Crops and Wastes is proposed. The stages of implementation of the Strategy for the production of biofuels from crops and waste have been formed. A conceptual model of the Strategy for the production of biofuels from crops and waste in Ukraine has been formed.
