МОДЕЛІ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УМОВАХ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ ТА ЕКОНОМІКИ ЗНАНЬ: УПРАВЛІННЯ РЕСУРСАМИ ТА ВИТРАТАМИ
Анотація
У статті досліджені моделі підприємництва в умовах інноваційної економіки та економіки знань, зокрема управління ресурсами та витратами. Доведено, що у процесі стратегічного управління інноваційним підприємництвом, необхідно використовувати комплекс методів пізнання соціально-економічних явищ, які притаманні інноваційній економіці: статистичного спостереження, математичного моделювання економічних ситуацій, порівняльного аналізу, міждисциплінарної аналогії, узагальнення та систематизації, експериментально-логістичного тощо. Обгрунтовано, що традиційна модель підприємницької діяльності значно відрізняється від інноваційної за характером використання ресурсів. Розглянуто ознаки інноваційної діяльності підприємництва в інноваційній економіці, які потребують законодавчого закріплення з метою розмежування інноваційного підприємництва від інших видів діяльності. Визначено, що дуже суттєвою рисою інноваційного підприємництва в інноваційній економіці є високий ступінь нестабільності і невизначеності, що тягне за собою великі ризики і зумовлює потребу в їх ефективному стратегічному управлінні, що сприяє підвищенню стійкості і адаптивності підприємництва.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP MODELS IN THE CONDITIONS OF INNOVATIVE ECONOMY AND KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY: RESOURCE AND COST MANAGEMENT
Summary
The article examines the models of entrepreneurship in an innovative economy and knowledge economy, in particular resource and cost management. It is proved that in the process of strategic management of innovative entrepreneurship, it is necessary to use a set of methods of cognition of socio-economic phenomena inherent in innovative economy: statistical observation, mathematical modeling of economic situations, comparative analysis, interdisciplinary analogy, generalization and systematization, experimental logistics, etc. It is substantiated that the traditional model of entrepreneurial activity differs significantly from the innovative one in the nature of resource use. The signs of innovative activity of entrepreneurship in the innovative economy, which require legislative consolidation in order to distinguish innovative entrepreneurship from other activities, are considered. It is determined that a very important feature of innovative entrepreneurship in an innovative economy is a high degree of instability and uncertainty, which entails great risks and necessitates their effective strategic management, which increases the sustainability and adaptability of entrepreneurship. It is proved that the management of innovative entrepreneurship in an innovative economy should be a managed process and be subject to the model of innovative entrepreneurship defined by the business entity, principles and methods of knowledge of socio-economic phenomena inherent in innovative economy. It is concluded that innovative entrepreneurship, based on internal organization, involves the accumulation of capital and resource potential exclusively within the enterprise through the implementation of policies for innovation project development, production, planning and monitoring of innovation at the micro level. Innovative entrepreneurship, based on an external organization, involves active interaction of the enterprise with the external environment, through logistics, marketing, hedging and can be based on the involvement of third-party organizations, institutions, staff or infrastructure elements. On the basis of an external organization, innovative entrepreneurship can operate with the involvement of ventures, investment funds, banks, insurers, which are able to attract additional investment to implement an innovative project. The principles of functioning of innovative economy are systematized.
