ФОРМУВАННЯ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ НА ОСНОВІ ГЛОБАЛЬНОГО ДОГОВОРУ ООН
Анотація
Глобальний договір ООН є найбільшою у світі ініціативою корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. В статті означено цілі, що переслідує цей договір, умови, за яких компанія може приєднатися до нього. Відповідальний бізнес застосовує однакові цінності та принципи. Відмічено, що приєднуючись до Десяти принципів Глобального договору ООН у стратегії, політиці та процедурі, та встановлюючи культуру доброчесності, компанії не лише виконують свої основні обов'язки перед людьми та планетою, а й створюють основу для довгострокового успіху. Особливу увагу приділено п'ятому принципу, згідно з яким необхідне ефективне скасування дитячої праці.
Визначено 17 цілей сталого розвитку Глобального договору. В Україні Глобальний договір ООН має чимало регіональних субпрограм, з яких одною з найважливішим є Програма "Партнерство заради сталого розвитку". Проілюстровано концепцію запровадження Глобального договору ООН у корпораціях. У якості прикладів впровадження в Україні основних принципів і цілей договору представлено дві українські компанії: Група Нафтогаз і МК "Ювілейний".

FORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ON THE BASIS OF THE UN GLOBAL COMPACT
Summary
The UN Global Compact is the world's largest corporate social responsibility initiative, which pursues two goals: 1) To make its ten principles central to business worldwide; 2) Intensify actions in support of more global UN goals, such as the Millennium Development Goals and the Sustainable Development Goals
In order for a company to be considered a member of the UN Global Compact, it is enough to send annually to the UN confirmation of its desire to join. There is no liability for breach of obligations. Socially responsible business applies the same values and principles. It is noted that by adhering to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact in strategy, policy and procedure, and establishing a culture of integrity, companies not only fulfill their core responsibilities to people and the planet, but also lay the foundation for long-term success. These Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact derive from: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the International Labor Organization on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the fifth principle, which requires the effective abolition of child labor.
17 goals of sustainable development of the Global Compact have been identified. In Ukraine, the UN Global Compact has many regional subprograms, one of which is. the most important is the Partnership for Sustainable Development Program. Its goal is to promote the Sustainable Development Goals and promote partnerships between government, business, business associations, academia and civil society.
The concept of implementation of the UN Global Compact in corporations is illustrated. Two Ukrainian companies, Naftogaz Group and Jubileyniy Group, are presented as examples of the implementation of the main principles and goals of the agreement in Ukraine. The national joint-stock company Naftogaz of Ukraine has committed itself to adhering to the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, striving to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and reporting annually on progress. At the same time, Naftogaz takes into account Ukraine's commitments within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the Paris Agreement and the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. The information presented on the official website of Jubileyniy Group allows you to make some generalizations about the level of development and areas of corporate social responsibility in the company. Such generalizations were made on the basis of the principles of activity declared by the company and the available practical measures for implementation of these principles in accordance with the principles of the UN Global Compact. An analysis of the social activities of the Jubileyniy Group proves that not all areas of sustainable development are fully implemented in the company.
