ІНТЕНСИВНІСТЬ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙ СТРУКТУРИ ПУБЛІЧНОЇ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ В КОНТЕКСТІ ДЕРЖАВНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ: СУТНІСТЬ ТА ВПЛИВ НА УКРАЇНУ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена теоретичному розгляду інтенсивності процесів деформацій і трансформацій соціально-політичних і державних систем, їх етапам і взаємозв'язкам між ними через тригерну реакцію. Отже, предметом статті є інтенсивність трансформаційних та деформаційних процесів у контексті систем публічного управління, які знаходяться під впливом глобалізаційних процесів. Метою статті є отримання результатів теоретичного аналізу та об'єктивного уявлення щодо трансформаційних та деформаційних процесів у соціально-політичних системах та системах державного управління в контексті глобалізації. Висновками можна назвати розуміння, що вся історія людства, як рівно й історія України складається з пов'язаних через тригерну реакцію етапів деформацій і трансформацій, які чергуються. Зокрема наразі Україна переживає глибокі деформаційні та трансформаційні процеси з непередбачуваними наслідками.

THE INTENSITY OF TRANSFORMATIONS OF PUBLIC STRUCTURE INTERACTION IN THE CONTEXT OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION: THE NATURE AND INFLUENCE ON UKRAINE
Summary
The article devoted to theoretical review of intensity of deformation and transformation processes of the socio-political and state systems, their phases and inter-dependency between them through triggering a reaction. Therefore, the subject of the article is intensity of transformation and deformation processes in the context of systems of public administration which are under the influence of globalization processes. Goal of this article is the results of theoretical analysis and unbiased conception about the transformation and deformation processes in the socio-political system and governance in the context of globalization. Conclusions can be called the understanding that the entire history of mankind, as well as the history of Ukraine is composed of connected by a trigger reaction, phases of deformations and transformations, which alternate. In particular, Ukraine is now going through deep deformation and transformation processes with unpredictable consequences.
