Анотація
У статті аналізуються теоретичні основи страхування інтелектуальної власності. Розглядається сутність поняття "інтелектуальна власність". Дається узагальнене трактування та перелік об'єктів інтелектуальної власності. Визначається необхідність захисту інтелектуальної власності. Характеризується сутність та особливості ринку інтелектуальної власності. Обгрунтовується висока волатильність ринку інтелектуальної власності. Обгрунтовується сутність та специфіка страхування інтелектуальної власності як найбільш ефективного інструменту для управління ризиками, які супроводжують діяльність на ринку інтелектуальної власності. Визначено об'єкти страхування інтелектуальної власності на сучасному ринку інтелектуальної власності. В статті обгрунтовуються проблеми та необхідність оцінки об'єктів інтелектуальної власності для можливості їх страхування.

Summary
The theoretical basis of intellectual property insurance are analyzed in the article. The essence of the concept of "intellectual property" is given. The generalized interpretation and the objects list of intellectual property are described. The need to protect intellectual property is determined. The nature and features of the intellectual property market are characterized. High market volatility of intellectual property is grounded. It is grounded nature and specificity of insurance intellectual property as the most effective tool for managing risks that accompany the activities on the intellectual property. The insurance cover of intellectual property in today's market of intellectual property is determined. The article justified the problem and the need to assess the intellectual property for the possibility of their insurance.
