ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ КОМПЕНСАЦІЙНИХ МЕХАНІЗМІВ ЗАХИСТУ ІНТЕРЕСІВ ІНВЕСТОРІВ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті досліджуються зарубіжний досвід застосування компенсаційних схем захисту інтересів інвесторів. Виявлено особливості впровадження у вітчизняну практику функціонування фондового ринку компенсаційних механізмів на основі фонду гарантування інвестицій, основним завданням якого стане убезпечення інвесторів від ризику втрати інвестованих ними фінансових активів та захист учасників такого Фонду від недоотримання запланованого обсягу фінансових ресурсів і передчасного вилучення власниками довіреного в управління КУА капіталу. Оокреслено можливі напрями вдосконалення компенсаційних схем захисту інтересів інвесторів та розвитку їх законодавчого врегулювання.

PECULIARITIES OF ESTABLISHMENT OF COMPENSATION MECHANISMS TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF INVESTORS IN UKRAINE
Summary
In the article is investigated a foreign experience of compensation schemes to protect the interests of investors. The peculiarities of implementing into national practice of the stock market countervailing mechanisms based on the investment guarantee fund are discovered. The main task will be to protect investors from the risk to lose invested financial assets and to protect members of the fund from not receiving planned amount of financial resources and premature withdrawal by the owners the trusted capital which is in management by management companies. It is outlined possible ways of improvement of compensation schemes to protect the interests of investors and development of legislative regulation.
