ОСОБЛИВОСТІ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО ПРОЕКТУ ВИРОБНИЦТВА СТЕВІЇ ЯК УМОВИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРОДОВОЛЬЧОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ
Анотація
У статті розроблено науково-методичні підходи щодо реалізації інвестиційного проекту створення індустріального парку на основі вирощування стевії як умови забезпечення продовольчої безпеки.
Проведені дослідження доводять, що реалізація інноваційного потенціалу природних цукрозамінників передбачає ефективне функціонування всієї ієрархії ринкових інституцій та інститутів: науки, освіти, бізнесу, державної та міжнародної підтримки. Сталий розвиток аграрного сектору в умовах прискорення глобалізаційних та інтеграційних процесів, загострення конкурентної боротьби на внутрішніх і світових ринках не можливий без запровадження нововведень у цій сфері.

FEATURES OF REALIZATION THE INVESTMENT PROJECT OF PRODUCTION STEVIA AS A CONDITION OF FOOD SECURITY
Summary
In the article the scientific and methodological approaches to the implementation of the investment project of industrial park based on the cultivation of stevia as a food security conditions.
Our studies show that the implementation of the innovative potential of natural sweeteners provides efficient functioning of market institutions and hierarchy of institutions: science, education, business, government and international support. Sustainable development of the agricultural sector in terms of accelerating globalization and integration processes, increased competition in domestic and global markets is not possible without the introduction of innovations in this area.
