Анотація
У статті досліджуються основні проблеми розвитку економічного середовища в Україні та роль фінансової реструктуризації промислового комплексу в просторовій економіці. Найбільший вплив на особливості формування нових моделей управління в країні чинить середовище, у якому формуються кластери, функціонують корпорації та промислові комплекси; економічна ситуація в країні зазвичай висвітлює значення таких показників: динаміка ВВП, рівень інфляції, динаміка зарубіжних та внутрішніх інвестицій, податкове навантаження; рівень економічної та політичної стабільності, можливість ведення бізнесу, глобальна конкурентоспроможність економіки.

PROBLEMS OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY AND FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING OF THE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article the basik problems of development economic environment in Ukraine and role of the financial restructuring of industrial complex are investigated to the spatial economy. The greatest influence on peculiarities of formation of new management models in the country provides the environment in which clusters are formed, there are the corporations and industrial complexes; the economic situation in the country is usually highlights the values of the following indicators: GDP dynamics, inflation, the dynamics of foreign and domestic investment, the tax burden; the level of economic and political stability, the business possibility, the global competitiveness of the economy.
