ОЦІНКА ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ПРИВАБЛИВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ КРІЗЬ ПРИЗМУ МІЖНАРОДНИХ РЕЙТИНГІВ

Анотація

У статті аналізується динаміка залучення інвестицій за рахунок коштів іноземних інвесторів в економіку країни за результатами 2017 р. Досліджуються найбільші міжнародні рейтингові агентства, що оцінюють інвестиційний потенціал та привабливість економік світу. Показано позиції України у міжнародних рейтингах світових організацій та інститутів за останнє десятиріччя, окремо робиться акцент на інвестиційній привабливості України. Особливий акцент зроблено на таких міжнародних рейтингах: International Business Compass, Investment Climate Survey, The Global Competitiveness Index, а також дослідженнях рейтингових агентств European Business Association, Institutional Investor, Euromoney, Moody's Investors Service, UNCTAD, Heritage Foundation, Business Environment Risk Intelligence. Визначається взаємозалежність між рейтинговою оцінкою та інвестиційною привабливістю країни. Зроблено висновки щодо інвестиційного потенціалу країни.

ESTIMATION OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF UKRAINE THROUGH THE PRISM OF INTERNATIONAL RATINGS

Summary

The article analyzes the dynamics of attracting investments at the expense of foreign investors' funds in the country's economy by 2017 results. The largest international rating agencies assessing the investment potential and attractiveness of the world's economies are analyzed. The position of Ukraine in the international ratings of world organizations and institutes for the last decade is shown, the emphasis is placed on the investment attractiveness of Ukraine. Particular emphasis has been placed on such international ratings as the International Business Compass, the Investment Climate Survey, the Global Competitiveness Index, and the study of rating agencies of the European Business Association, Institutional Investor, Euromoney, Moody's Investors Service, UNCTAD, Heritage Foundation, Business Environment Risk Intelligence.The interdependence between rating assessment and investment attractiveness of the country is determined. Conclusions regarding the investment potential of the country are made.
