ДЕРЖАВНО-УПРАВЛІНСЬКА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ У СФЕРІ ПРОТИДІЇ ЗАГРОЗАМ СУСПІЛЬНО-ПОЛІТИЧНІЙ СТАБІЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто державно-управлінську діяльність у сфері протидії загрозам суспільно-політичній стабільності в межах організаційного підходу. Автором визначено структуру та функції комплексного механізму протидії загрозам суспільно-політичній стабільності.
Показано, що запропонована структурна схема комплексного механізму протидії загрозам суспільно-політичній стабільності дозволить у подальшому здійснити його змістовне наповнення з визначенням конкретних суб'єктів і об'єктів, функціонально-організаційної структури, нормативно-правового і ресурсного забезпечення, інструментів державного реагування на загрози суспільно-політичній стабільності, а також уникнути суперечностей та дублювання, які сьогодні мають місце у вітчизняній практиці державного управління у цій специфічній сфері.

STATE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES IN COUNTERACTING THE THREATS TO SOCIAL AND POLITICAL STABILITY
Summary
The article deals with state management activities in the field of combating threats to social and political stability within organizational approach. The author defines the structure and functions of integrated mechanisms of counteracting the threats to social and political stability.
It is shown that the proposed structure pattern of a comprehensive mechanism for countering the threats to social and political stability will provide the possibility for its meaningful further development, defining specific subjects and objects, functional and organizational structure, legal and resource support, tools of the state response to the threats to social and political stability and, at the same time, avoidance of duplications and contradictions that are now taking place in the national practice of the public management in this specific field.
