Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади вдосконалення організаційного механізму державного управління фізичною культурою і спортом в регіоні. Розроблено і обгрунтовано складові моделі організаційної структури системи державного управління галуззю регіонального рівня. Визначено функції і зміст ділових процесів управлінських ланок органу управління, правові та організаційні засади діяльності.

Summary
The article considers theoretical-methodical bases of improvement of the organizational mechanism of state administration physical culture and sports in the region. Developed and justified the components of the model of the organizational structure of the system of state management of the industry at the regional level. Define the functions and content of business processes of administrative units of the governing body, legal and organizational bases of activity.
