МОЖЛИВІСТЬ АДАПТАЦІЇ ІЗРАЇЛЬСЬКОГО ДОСВІДУ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ У БОЙОВИХ ДІЯХ НА СХОДІ
Анотація
Сучасні технології, пов'язані із штучним інтелектом, стають все більш поширеними в різних сферах життєдіяльності людини. З кожним днем сучасні технології захоплюють все більше сфер діяльності людини. Нині важко уявити більшість видів людської діяльності без застосування комп'ютерів чи інших гаджетів. Практично в усіх галузях професійної діяльності людини сьогодні застосовується штучний інтелект, який дозволяє виконувати ті чи інші процеси замість людей.
Поняття штучного інтелекту, як правило, розкривається саме через здатність певного технічного засобу здійснювати функції людини. Як зазначено у "Білій книзі" Європейської комісії, штучний інтелект є сукупністю технологій, які об'єднують дані, алгоритми та обчислювальні потужності. Світовий досвід запровадження штучного інтелекту в військову справу вказує на те, що сьогодні жодний збройний конфлікт не може бути вирішений без використання новітніх видів озброєння та військових дій, заснованих на інформації, отриманої в ході ідентифікації об'єктів-цілей засобами сучасного обладнання розвідки. Для України, яка з 2014 року знаходиться у стані збройного конфлікту з проросійськими бойовиками на території Донбасу, цікавим і корисним може бути досвід Ізраїля, який активно використовує технологію штучного інтелекту в борьбі з ісламістами в секторі Газа.
На підставі узагальнених даних, які збирались та акумулювались за допомогою сигнального, візуального, людського та інших видів інтелектів для Армії оборони Ізраїля (ЦАХАЛ) було розроблено відповідні рекомендації. Завдяки цим рекомендаціям та програмам "Алхімік", "Євангеліє" і "Відділ мудрості" ізраїльські військові у травні 2021 року під час боїв в секторі Газа завдали інтенсивні точні удари по об'єктах ХАМАС і палестинського Ісламського джихаду, знищивши значну кількість бойовиків. Успішне застосування штучного інтелекту в секторі Газа та наявні перспективи використання досвіду Ізраїлю в Україні дають підстави сподіватися на принципову зміну тактики ведення військових дій і забезпечення новітнім озброєнням українських військ на Сході у найближчий час.

THE POSSIBILITY OF ADAPTING THE ISRAELI EXPERIENCE OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN HOSTILITIES IN THE EAST
Summary
Modern technologies related to artificial intelligence are becoming more common in various spheres of human life. Every day, modern technology is capturing more and more areas of human activity. Today, it is difficult to imagine most human activities without the use of computers or other gadgets. In almost all areas of human activity today, artificial intelligence is used, which allows you to perform certain processes instead of people.
The concept of artificial intelligence, as a rule, is revealed through the ability of a technical means to perform human functions. According to the European Commission's White Paper, artificial intelligence is a set of technologies that combine data, algorithms and computing power. The world experience of introducing artificial intelligence in military affairs shows that today no armed conflict can be resolved without the use of the latest weapons and military actions based on information obtained during the identification of target objects by means of modern intelligence equipment. For Ukraine, which has been in an armed conflict with pro-Russian militants in the Donbas since 2014, the experience of Israel, which actively uses artificial intelligence technology to fight Islamists in the Gaza Strip, may be interesting and useful.
Based on the generalized data collected and accumulated by signal, visual, human and other types of intelligence for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), appropriate recommendations were developed.Thanks to these recommendations and the Alchemist, Gospel, and Wisdom Division programs, the Israeli military launched intense, accurate strikes on Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad during the fighting in the Gaza Strip in May 2021, killing a significant number of militants. The successful use of artificial intelligence in the Gaza Strip and the current prospects for using Israel's experience in Ukraine give reason to hope for a fundamental change in military tactics and the provision of the latest weapons to Ukrainian troops in the East in the near future.
