УПРАВЛІНСЬКЕ РІШЕННЯ В АНТИКРИЗОВОМУ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті досліджено поняття "управлінське рішення", процес прийняття управлінського рішення щодо потреби задіяння реструктуризаційних змін на промисловому підприємстві. Використано як інструмент для функціонування реструктуризаційних змін оцінку антикризового потенціалу підприємства, яка включає оцінку його організаційно-кадрової, ресурсно-фінансової та виробничо-технологічної складової. Запропоновано шість критеріїв підвищення антикризового потенціалу підприємства, який вказує на необхідність чи передчасність запровадження реструктуризаційних змін на окремому підприємстві. Розроблено схему прийняття управлінських рішень щодо реструктуризації підприємства. Підприємство, яке потребує реструктуризаційних змін, і хоче успішно працювати на ринку має постійно моніторити рівень антикризового потенціалу, визначати його складові, досліджувати відхилення і розробляти заходи для усунення негативних відхилень і, тим самим, здійснювати реструктуризаційні зміни, покликані підвищувати рівень антикризового потенціалу. Базою моніторингу інформаційних даних для формування антикризового потенціалу машинобудівних підприємств є набір заходів, спрямованих на реструктуризацію підприємства.

MANAGEMENT DECISION IN THE ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
The article explores the concept of "administrative decision", the process of decision-making about the need for restructuring involving changes in an industrial enterprise. Used as an instrument for the functioning of the restructuring changes the evaluation of anti-crisis potential of the enterprise, which includes an assessment of its organizational and personnel, resource and financial and production-technological component. Six criteria for improving the anti-crisis potential of the enterprise, which indicates the need or the premature implementation of the restructuring changes at the enterprise, were proposed. The scheme of management decisions on the restructuring of the company was developed. The company, which needs restructuring changes, and wants to operate successfully on the market need to continuously monitor the level of anti-crisis capacity, identify its components, investigate variances and develop measures to eliminate the negative deviations and, thus, to carry out restructuring of changes designed to improve the level of anti-crisis potential. Base monitoring data for the formation of the anti-crisis potential of machine-building enterprises have a set of measures aimed at restructuring the company.
